There are 16 lanes here, plus a private alley with, I believe, four more lanes. I visited during their happy hour, which runs from 4-6 PM and features $5 mai tais, sangria, and draft beer. I also signed up for their rewards program and received a free pizza and a $10 voucher--such a nice perk! Just a heads-up: the rewards take 24 hours to activate after signing up.One downside was that our server never came to our lane to take our orders, so we had to go to the bar to place them. Because of that, I'm deducting a star. Other than that, it was a great experience with my friends!

Review: Great Food, Poor ServiceWe had a fun night here celebrating my son's birthday, but the staff made us feel unwelcome. The attendants at the front desk were dismissive, which took away from the experience. On the bright side, the food was surprisingly delicious--way better than expected. The ambiance was also well put together, making for a great atmosphere. If the service matched the food and setting, this place would be an easy favorite.Kings was my "one in the hole "type of hangout place where grown but child friendly could both come together . Disappointed with this visit.

I've bowled here a few times in the past couple of years, the most recent time being today. I'm not sure how I manage to forget how nice this place is each time. Today, I had an amazing time bowling with a friend, I was surprised that we were able to finish 3 games and start a 4th in one hour. The race against the clock was starting to feel like a good workout. And the previous time I was here, I had organized a small gathering for my birthday. Each time, I was greeted and treated well by the staff. With or without a reservation, check-in was straight forward, and lanes are assigned as soon as they are available. They provide shoes if you don't have any and you can purchase socks for $3. Once at the lanes, you can enter in the player names for each lane and then its off to the races. One pro for timed bowling is that you have a better idea of just how the game is going to last unlike timed games which can drag on forever. The ambiance is set with a nice variety of background music - you may even see the video of the current song playing on one of the big screens. In the evenings, you might be privy to a DJ playing. A server comes around with menus and to take orders for food and drinks. I personally haven't ordered any food or drinks for myself so I can't say how tasty anything is or isn't. They do, however, seem to offer some decently price happy hour and drink specials. They also have a perks program that offers discounts, coupons, freebies, etc. to those that sign up. A recent e-mail with a perk was definitely behind why I chose to bowl here today rather than elsewhere. I think that I should start coming here a little more than every once in a long while.

I came to Kings for the first time with friends during happy hour. Bowling was discounted and they had $5 mai tai's which was great. We couldn't all check in until our whole party arrived so we got the last lane available. It was a fun time and I would definitely go back. They also have a good rewards program.

The vibes are very nice here and there's a few activities like bowling or playing pool! We had a quick bite to eat before waiting to play. Unfortunately we got tired of waiting so we decided to leave after eating. This is our fault as we didn't have any reservations! I would recommend setting up a reservation before going if you can. The food was good considering it not being a full restaurant location. Our party enjoyed the food and drinks! It is a little pricey but I think it's worth it if you're waiting to play or want a bite to eat! The location was also really clean.

Great place to bowl and hangout with friends! Plenty of lanes and even a private room for larger parties. Food and Drinks are good as well which make the bowling even better!

I went as part of their service industry night. On their site, Kings states that between 9PM - 11 PM, service workers receive a couple of hours of free bowling and billiards as well as specialty cocktails (photo included with post.) which is a great way to participate in a city tradition and something I've taken regular part in since it began and I always make sure to give back by ordering food and drink while I'm there, even if it is at a discounted rate. The last time I went, I put my order in and roughly by 9:50, my server came back and informed me that I have "6 minutes left" and stated anything I took part in would have to be at full price. He offered to ask about an extension, but said that he wasn't sure about the likelihood. I inquired as to what he meant and he explained that service industry night was for anyone playing or dining between 9 - 11. After I told him that's what we're doing, he then informed us of "a new policy" where our time given was dictated by the amount of people in our party. As I was with my partner, it was only an hour. This baffled me as nothing had been told to us either when we reserved our night or when we checked in. I thanked the server for telling me and went to speak with one of the supervisors to get some clarity. The supervisor I spoke with, Joshua McAnderson(?), then reiterated this new policy that "was passed down from corporate and had been in effect for over a week." I said that was weird how nothing was communicated tonight beforehand nor on their site. He agreed that the site needed to be fixed and he "understands the frustration, but you are bowling for free." To which I explained "yes, but I'm still ordering drinks and food, so I am still a paying customer." At which point he replied sharply "Yeeeaaa, but not as much."After being told that, I explained that I understand revenue is important, thanked him for explaining and told him I'd pass the word on to my friends and coworkers about this weird change. I paid my tab, gathered my partner, belongings and returned my shoes. Before leaving, I made sure to get his name, which to his credit, he gave as well as gestured to/name-dropped his boss, Bill whom he said I could also speak with (smugly). I said hi to Bill, but explained that wouldn't be necessary and I knew who to speak with.In retrospect that night was rainy and busy. They only had their center lanes open which had gotten full. They easily could have opened at least the Kingpin room like they have before since no one reserved them but they'd decided not to (one guest asked about the lanes by the game area, to which she was told there was an a/c issue). What it seems like is either they were trying to sneakily clear out lanes or maybe this simply isn't returning the revenue they'd hoped. In any case, no establishment should ever devalue their customer/guest by calling them out for the amount they're paying (which Joshua absolutely did when speaking to me in front of other guests and staff.) Especially when it's a promotion they're stated to be offering. Our treatment and experience is a shame, but not a surprise. Kings is nothing if not consistent in valuing the dollar over their guests and there are *plenty* of similar establishments worth your money/time.

We always enjoy Kings Bowling Alley . We came here for a social event with a group. Me and my now husband met here back in 2014 and this is how we began our love story. We had a great time & we're able to grab some drinks and food while we waited for the group to get situated. I ordered their version of the espresso martini and my husband ordered this martini which I tasted and it was quite good. We also ordered the loaded fries. It was allot going on with those fries so we didn't finish them, it was a huge plate. We played 1 rounds of bowling while others enjoyed Jenga, connect 4 and pool . Overall great ambiance, customer service and food.

It's mostly bowling & food. They have a few drinks on happy hr. Mai tai was one of them & she made it just right. It wasn't too sweet & the cups are a nice touch. We didn't try the food. Staff was friendly & welcoming. They do have arcade games & pool. There's also a couple of games out front on the patio as well as seating. The music was pretty good. There's plenty of bar seating & bowling lanes. It's $22 for an hour of bowling, I'm not sure if that's including shoes. 3.5 bc I thought there would be more to do, we were a bit disappointed.
