Service was fast, food was fresh and SOOOOOO GOOD. Will 100% come again. A little difficult to find parking since it's located in a very busy road. The inside is super cool and will for sure stop to eat inside again.

I've been visiting King Bao for almost 2 years now and it is a staple in the Mills community. It is a great spot if you are in the mood to have multiple flavours, or to share with others. The baos are soft and fluffy, while the ingredients are fresh. I love the Nashville Hot Chicken and Japanese Katsu! Don't forget the tater tots, as they are the best part of the meal! I always order a little extra because the food reheats well in the airfryer. A star has been deducted because I've noticed that the baos are made with less sauce which impacts the flavour and moisture of the the bao filling.Overall, service and ambience are always wonderful and quick, making this place a must try!

As much as I was looking forward to this place, it unfortunately does not live up to the hype.I ordered two tofu baos and two chicken baos. Unfortunately, the chicken quality was terrible. I have not had worse chicken quality before. It was incredibly dry, impossible to bite, and extremely stringy. After a few bites, I had to unfortunately spit it out.On the other hand, the tofu option was much better. I liked the fry of the tofu, however, the curry sauce on it is a little too strong and covers up the flavor of the bao itself.Service is fine. Staff are not that friendly and seem to take a long time to even start making orders.Atmosphere is also not great. It's pretty dirty in general and could use more cleaning throughout the day.

I loved King Bao! My husband and I stopped by right at opening for an early lunch. We tried the soft shell crab bao, the pork belly bao, the Korean chicken bao, and one other that I can't quite remember. We also ordered the tater tots. Everything was reasonably priced and absolutely delicious!I got the combo with two baos and a drink, while my husband opted for the combo with three baos and a drink. Both were super filling and satisfying. The staff were very kind and helpful, and the atmosphere was laid-back with a cool, chill vibe. It feels like the kind of place I'd love to bring friends and hang out for a while. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is because we arrived at opening, and the door wasn't unlocked until five minutes after. There was even a girl waiting outside, knocking, before they finally let her in.Other than that, it was a great experience. I'll definitely be back.

Came here after seeing everyone raving about this place being cheap eats. It was a quick ordering process, and food was indeed cheap for how much we got. Got the 3 bao combo with Hogzilla, glen rhee and hot chicken + side of kimchi tator tots. All three of the baos were hefty and had really good flavors. The hogzilla had an amazing texture of the pork belly. It was succulent, juicy, and tender, with really nice supporting flavors. The glen rhee was also very good, although we wished there was slightly more of the apple salsa. The hot chicken was decent, but there wasn't a strong enough flavor nor spice. We think the pork and beef were good, with the chicken being our least favorite of the three. The tator tots themselves were pretty good. On par for a really good upscale tator tot texture: crunchy/crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The kimchi topping was good, but I didn't really think there was enough flavor. Maybe the kimchi could've been better or the spice would've been a lil bit elevated.Overall, decent place and good for cheap eats. 4/5 stars.

With the ordering being on tablets, you don't really interact with the staff. The place wasn't busy so the good came out quick. The tots were good but they didn't taste fresh or just cooked. It was the first time trying the fish. While the battered fish, it didn't have any taste so the sauce is needed. The firecracker shrimp is always my go to so I recommend that. My husband likes the street corn tots but could use some of tajin seasoning to make it great! The place is small and there is only street parking. It has nice pictures and good music playing.

My wife and I frequent the Mills area for the awesome Asian food in the area. We had seen this place before and it was highly rated. We came in when they first opened, we ordered three bao buns, and some truffle tots. The tots were awesome! We were very disappointed in all three of the bao buns.I would say the bun and vegetables were great, but the meat just did not taste great. They had a special short rib one and it tasted like they cut a piece of a Mc rib off and put it in a bun. Overall, I think if you are in the area drinking, it is great after the bar food. But if you are looking for something of quality, I would skip this.

Good food! Dirty as hell almost to the point that I question eating it. We took it to go cause we didn't even want to sit in there.

My husband and I were downtown around lunch and we wanted to try a new spot and King Bao looked amazing. We were NOT disappointed! The employees were helpful, the food was fast and accurate, and the vibe of the restaurant was light and fun. You order off of two self service kiosks and you are able to customize items easily. The employees offer to answer any questions, so the whole process is easy. My husband and I started with the truffle tots. They tots were amazingly crispy and the truffle sauce had a delicious punch of truffle flavor. I got the Firecracker shrimp and the WTFish baos. My husband tried the Hogzilla, Kickin chicken, and the hoisin beef. I loved both of my baos, but I think the WTFish was slightly bigger. My husband loved his baos too and said that the hoisin beef was his favorite. He described it like an upscale, adult version of the McRib with a fresh bao twist.Rating from F to A+++, I would give it an A+++! We will definitely return to try some of the other baos!

Every time I'm in the area, I have to stop by for a quick bite. Their baos are small enough for a snack but savory and filling if you take advantage of their 2 or 3 bao combos with a drink. The baos come out so quickly, and everything tastes fresh and unique. I've yet to find another spot in South and Central Florida that offers such a good variety of baos. Recently, they installed ordering terminals, which made it easier to order and showed their menus variety. While there's not a lot of space to sit, this spot deserves a visit time and time again.
