This place is brand new, so overall, cleanliness is intact. The order was completed accurately. Chicken was supposedly extra crispy, NOT. Fries okay, Biscuits were okay with jelly and honey. Prices are higher even with combo meals, hardly saving much. Return visit not foreseen

Across the country, KFC is renowned for passably-good fried chicken and terrible service..nothing different here.Amazes us when we experience such horribly inefficient and downright uncaring folks working in food service. This place is a poster child for IDGAF attitude. These employees could not be more incompetent. Imagine the worst service in the US and double it - that's our local KFC. If anyone chooses to willingly subject themselves to miserable service, this KFC is perfect. The owner must be laughing. Find something else to eat. Anything. But drive on by this mess. If you ignore our warning don't then say you were not warned. Ugh.

So I heard about the New chicken sandwich and so I decided to stop by and try their spicy chicken one!I went through the drive - thru and the attendant was not so nice. I immediately was given the impression that I was bothering them. Look, voice tone and pleasantries can go a long way! In this case, there was nothing and same as the drive thru window! At least have the decency to look at me and talk! I'm not very good at guessing hand gestures!I'm not much of a sandwich person but this tastes pretty good! But I think I'd rather stick with my regular chicken spot, they appreciate my service.Other than that, chicken sandwich was delicious: hot, crunchy on the outside and juicy, full of spicy sauce and I loved the pickle! KFC has some competition in this area because there are places that taste just as good but offer nice service. This place is super duper yummy. I am honestly surprised by the quality of the food. My food came out fast and my friend took a little while, but they gave him a free fry to compensate. Everything came out fresh, and it is relatively cheap compared to other similar restaurants. The interior is well cleaned with good lighting. Immaculate drink selection, its litty for real. Overall, this outperformed my expectations and was quite scrumptious.

As a consumer I was surprised that I experience such a horrible experience at this KFC location. 3601 S. Orlando Dr. Sanford, Fl. 32773(407-322-9287). I pulled up in the drive thru to order some chicken. The drive thru employee asked me what type of chicken I wanted. I said extra crispy she(Adrianna the employee, along with the manager of the night because she was there } said okay that they has extra crispy. They did not tell me they were out of Extra crispy. I pulled up to the drive thru window. Adrianna handed me the chicken. I opened it up and it was original recipe chicken. I explained to her that I ordered Extra crispy and she told me that there wasn't any more Extra crispy chicken. I said thank you and drove off, I was undecided about what I was going to do. Was I going to ask for a refund or just keep the chicken. As I drove off I changed my mind. I returned back to KFC and asked for a refund. I was disturbed at how unprofessional the employees acted tonight. The service was rude and disrespectful. I feel that these employees should be disciplined and further action need to be taken.

Waited about 20 minutes here to pick up an UberEATS order and after all that waiting they tell me someone else grabbed the order and there's nothing they can do. They can't remake the food after giving it away to the wrong person. Had to cancel the order.
