Do not be deterred by a long drive thru line, this is my favorite Taco Bell(and kfc). Their chicken is from KFC but has the Mexican spice that is so delicious! The presentation of the food was top notch as well! Even if service is slow, they are so hospitable and kind. I will say it can be difficult to get in and out of this location as well depending on traffic.

Managers openly scolding employees, wait time for food was unusually slow, they gate keep the ice (can only get ice from an employee behind the counter). Food still hit though. Steak dipping tacos were great.

I went here because I wanted to take a chance after experiencing the goodness I had in Jacksonville. I was just feeling like this place would be as good and it was almost there. I have this place 5 stars because my cashier Sandra was so patient and helpful. She was patient with EVERYONE. There was a lot going on and it was very busy but this woman didn't break a sweat. None of it phased her and I love that so much because alot of times people expect black females to be aggressive, aggravated, and crumble under pressure. She sure the hell held it down. I swear, yall need to show her this review. I appreciate you, Sandra.

if I could give this place zero star, I would, I went there recently to get Taco Bell. None of the workers were working. All of them were in the lobby just drinking, looking like they having a good old time two of them were outside just dismissing all the customers that came along, just refuse to take customers refuse to serve the other side. It's both KFC and Taco Bell. They just kept yelling that there's no chicken. There's no chicken. I didn't think I would need chicken in a three supreme taco. Hate the customer service here. I wish I could report to somebody higher.

The worst location in all of Orlando! AVOID!! Avoid!! Corporate needs to go in there as a surprise before they get shut down. They never open on time, workers be outside smoking and taking orders. Bugs in your food. None of the workers there want or enjoy their job. Get new staff asap!

I'm convinced Customer Service is no longer important. Being from Massachusetts I do not expect Florida fast food to be like Massachusetts. You would think customer service basics would be applied. Dined-in here and they give you no napkins, utensils or sauce and it's not self serve either. Literally had to wait in line again. Honestly being that it's not self serve, it should be assumed that, they provide you with what you need to eat.KFC NEEDS TO RE-TRAIN THEIR PEOPLE.

I visited the KFC at 3009 W. Colonial Dr, Orlando, FL, 32808. I received the worst customer service from one of the cashiers, an African-American female, and the manager, an African American male. I entered to purchase four 16-piece chicken meals for the family. I asked the cashier if I could use the restroom. I didn't get her name, but she allowed me to use it before. She stated that someone was in there. She knocked on the door, and no one responded. I said to her, "No one is in there." She then used the combination keypad to unlock the door. When I came out of the restroom, she was standing near the condiments area in the dining room. I stood at the counter for about 40 seconds. She then asked me, "If I wanted to place an order. I said to her, "That's a rhetorical question." If I'm standing here at your register, I would like to place an order. The manager came from the drive-through window and said to the cashier, "Don't service her!". I asked him, "What is your reason for not servicing me?" He said, "You insulted my employee." I explained to him that she and I had conversed earlier when I asked her to allow me to use the restroom. I told him the employee's responsibility is to perform her duties according to her position description (recognize the customer). I told him I was standing there for more than 40 seconds, and she never moved to return to the register. I explained to him that his unprofessional demeanor was out of context. He became frustrated when I posed to give specifications on how a professional manager should handle the public and customers. He called security to have me escorted from the building. I walked outside and called 911 to explain what I experienced as an unusual situation at KFC. The officer said I should leave the establishment and report it to their corporate office. Per this, I recorded the scenario of what occurred. I want to submit the video as proof that I, Sebrenia Baker, did nothing to hurt or harm, no disrespectfulness, and no vulgar or profanity language was used. The manager wanted to boast and brag that he's been a manager for eighteen years and has all the rights of the KFC. I told him, "You are a manager, not the CEO. I will contact the corporate office regarding your behavior. Due to the manager's lack of professionalism, the restaurant lost $200.00 in revenue. The manager needs to be retrained or fired.
