KFC

The service was so slow, I thought I was at Popeye's! What a cluster of an operation. It was kind of busy but none of the customers looked happy and I don't know how long some had been waiting when we arrived.The new Original Recipe Tenders were really good though. They use somewhere between 10 and 12 herbs and spices to get the flavor into the breading. It was so good I asked for the recipe, but nobody knew how to make it. How do you not know how to make your own product? Ridiculous.Anyway, the food was fresh but I can't even think about going to this location again due to the service, the staff (other than the one guy at the register who was helpful), and the slowness of getting out orders (even when they were ready, they weren't calling names for a few minutes after everything was packed and ready to go).

It's been years since I've had KFC and I was excited to order for myself and a friend (nostalgia lol). We received messages that they gave our order to someone else and were refusing to remake it. The poor delivery driver was having a hard time communicating due to a language barrier. She asked me to call the location to speak with them. I tried... no one answered. They continued to refuse to make the order so unfortunately I had to call customer service to cancel. I feel terrible for wasting the delivery driver's time. Hopefully they can develop a better system for food delivery companies.

Just got back from picking up my online order of a 4 tenders combo meal with both sticky chicken sweet and sour sauce AND honey mustard. Real disappointed and angry in what i received since i had to go out of my way... only 3 fairly small tenders and one of the sauces.

The guy at the counter was so stoned he couldn't even grip our money and my boyfriend had to run out of the car to grab the $5, this normally wouldn't bother me but his slow reaction and apathy to the dropping of the $5 was somewhat amusing. Also, they said the chicken was going to be a 15 minute wait and it's a fast food chicken place, we only waited because we had a coupon. The chicken was good and the mashed potatoes were good. The Mac and cheese was alright, the quality of food was on par/ good for what it is. However, the biscuit was dense and a little underdone tasting as usual.

Bad service and the workers was completely rude and rushing at the drive thru. Every time I would ask what they have they would get mad and answer with sarcasm.

Went through drive through today (1/7/22 12:50pm) and woman operating drive through rushed me looking at order options with no cars behind me. Took card and gave drinks like she was in a rush and had me pull forward to wait to only have my fries upside down and spilled out all in the bag. Food was good and was timely. Either way they are understaffed, underpaid, or mismanaged.

This is terrible. I'm never buying from this location again. I bought a six piece bucket, and look at what passes for TWO pieces of chicken. Those would be sad even s nuggets. KFC are thieves. I wish I could give ZERO stars.

I went yesterday and order family pack. When ask for a 2 liters, they gave me basically a bag for lemonade that by the time I went home was already without gas. That was disgusting and waste of money!!!

I have had multiple bad encounters with this particular KFC. I have been missing items in my orders and if you go to the drive thru expect to be sitting there for 5-10 minutes without being attended to let alone greeted. Right now actually I was waiting 7 minutes at the order speaker just to be told at 10:28pm (mind you they close at 11pm) that they were closed. Please do better unless you want this branch shut down.

this place really f**king sucks. on 9/14/2023 I ordered two Mac &cheese bowls ( Hot) they came grease as heck and was not worth eating. I then called customer service who lied to me and left me on hold for almost an hour. I even got a case number and still know one got back to me. their customer service sucks big time they don't answer the phone waited on the for more than twenty minutes.i've been a customer of kfc for more than fifty years and have never gotten service like this. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE
