Great food items and tastes wonderful. Order was perfect and the delivery was good. The chickens was well cooked to perfection.

Disgusting... FLORIDA KFC has truly put quality last!!! Super greasy chicken and cold soggy fries.

If disaster was a place... please avoid this restaurant! VERY VERY DIRTY!! Extremely dirty!!! The staff.... Very unprofessional, loud and rude.... They were obviously short staffed however no fault of the customers... the lady who seemed to be the manager was obnoxiously rude, she yelled at the customers because they were blocking the pickup area.... I couldn't believe the manger acted this way.... Obviously this restaurant is in a very busy area, management did a poor job preparing for this. The trash was piled on the trashcan and the cashier stated, " so everyone decided to just pile it up like this"... Ma'm what else were they supposed to do???Ok now food... disgusting! Biscuits were hard as a rock, very doughy, chicken was wet with grease..... KFC management please respond to this! This experience was by far the worse!

I was terribly disappointed. The clerk was rude. Apparently you can't give a human your order, or she was just that lazy. Either way she was rude about it. The chicken nuggets were over cooked & the Mac & cheese was dry and tasteless. If KFC doesn't want human interaction then I will just go to Popeyes.

It's what you would expect from the Kentucky fried Chicken. The food is solid it's fast food I like the options and how close it is to my job. Makes for an easy grab and go lunch. The staff is always fairly nice and it's as clean as you would expect the only real gripe that I have is that anytime I order from this place I never get my dipping sauces I almost have to make sure before I leave that I got everything that I needed. Overall it's a solid KFC and it did a great location.

DO NOT EAT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE MONEY AND TIME, DISGUSTING!!! SHAME ON YOU KFC LEADERSHIP, DO BETTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Employees are left to deal with upset customers because of the lack of leadership at this location, it's just awful and lacking.There food was gross and not satisfactory.

Do NOT come here. Horrible service. Rude employees that want nothing to do with you. Good luck getting the correct order. Dry food and a dirty restaurant. Not to mention the tacky decor. You'd get better food from the walgreens next door. Me and my ten children will NOT be returning. -Christine Avery

don't bother. Cost was $26 for 8 pieces of chicken, 5 of which were tiny little wings. chicken was super greasy and barely edible. kids were starving and we ended up having to go somewhere else. very disappointed

The service is less than desirable, if you have cash, well you're going to wait. Make sure you count out your cash (payment) and your change. The building seemed to be clean, the food was certainly Kentucky fried. Would I go back, yes.

The service was absolutely atrocious!!! They make you feel worthless from the moment you pull up to the speaker. This was an unfortunate experience that came with staff that didn't seem to care about their job, an order that was messed up, and people who had no clue what to do. It seems like there is a lack of leadership in the workplace and it shows GREATLY. Do not eat here unless you want staff who will make you feel like YOU were the inconvenience for coming to eat, and a messed up order.
