Joe's Holy Smoke BBQ

OMG. I reserve that overused phrase for when it absolutely applies. OMG!!! These are great ribs!! This is honestly food for the holidays. You know, when Mama pulls out all the stops and makes the specialties the family has come to love. Everything about this little place says home. It's clean and simple and unassuming and comfortable. Every person in the place is friendly and welcoming. Whether they are staff or customers - it's old home week. And the food. Go out of your way to get there. I got simple meal since it was my first trip. Rib sandwich (says 3 bones, I got 4), greens and yellow rice. And a brownie. Ribs are tender, perfectly seasoned, well sauced fall off the bone amazing!! The collard greens are cooked perfectly. Even the rice is very tasty. I am a customer for life!!

This is the most delicious food I've ever consumed in my entire life. The mac and cheese? Oh my god. If I were on death row, I'd want my last meal to be from here. Everyone was super nice, too. This is now my favorite place to eat.

Pulling into Lowes, there's a gas station as you search for this place. I noticed around the side of the gas station there was a smoker. I guess they're serving BBQ out of the gas station.Inside, Joe, the sweetest guy, is serving BBQ, smoked on site from what I can tell. He's got heating elements for everything that he's already prepped.I got the Rib Meal for $15. Healthy serving of well seasoned collards, one of the best mac n cheeses I've had down here, as well as 3-4 huge pork ribs. I went with tangy BBQ sauce, which was a bit much on the meat, so I'd get on the side next time to try the ribs naked first. They are fall off the bone and super tender. Not for the BBQ enthusiasts with giving resistance to the pull, but extremely tasty nonetheless.

I have no words to describe how tasty the food is, you will not regret it, it is delicious and they give you enough for two people, the service is very personal and humble... I found this place by door dashing and the smell from the bbq made me come back and try . Ribs are amazing ! Perfectly done pure bbq ribs straight from the grill ! Mac and cheese was super cheesy and rice was alright ... I also had a pulled pork sandwich and it was the BESTTTTT sandwich I had in a long time !!!! Highly recommend that !

Hands down!!! Best ribs in Casselberry. And the soulfood dinners on the weekends are DEEE-lish. You won't be disappointed.
