Joe's Crab Shack

Mickey and Kimberly are AMAZING! This place runs like a well oiled machine thanks to them and their whole team. The food was fresh and delicious and the service was exceptional. We had to wait for our crab cake a little longer than anticipated but it was made fresh and Kimberly was nice enough to comp it for us. Definitely worth the wait. Honestly the best restaurant for good food and great service.

We were excited to find a Joe's Crab Shack in Orlando, as the ones in Chicagoland all seem to have closed down. This one is located near ICON Park, so it's a nice, fun area. The restaurant is large and has a fun theme. Service was friendly.We ordered a shrimp & seafood ensemble, which included coconut shrimp, popcorn shrimp, regular fried shrimp, fries, hush puppies, and fish. It was enough food for my wife, son, and I to share. After a long hiatus, it was satisfying, although I wouldn't say anything was exceptional except the coconut shrimp and hush puppies. Still, it was nice and seemed like a good value.

The atmosphere is themed very well. Lots of nautical decor. The corner we were in was very dim though. I thought that we could use a little more light. Service here is very friendly and quick! The food is honestly just average but good to satisfy the need for seafood. I like how there are many different options from fried, to boiled, to grilled for many types of seafood. The pricing is relatively good too for the area. I got the pirate's platter and it was way more good than I needed as one person. I also saw that they have new food and drink menu items if you haven't been in a while. It's definitely worth checking out if you are nearby.

In the mood for some fish today so decided to go to Joe's since it was walkable from hotel . I love the mixed combo deal with fish, 3 diff type of shrimp,hush puppies, fries washed it down with a watermelon sangria . Definitely a notch above Red Lobster .

They have a really good happy hour. The drinks were terrible. I order a mojito and my cousin order a Long Island. It cost us $6.00 so we were like meh! No need to complain. We shared the seafood nachos & the seafood boil. The server was in it the food was good.nachos came out nice and hot. The seafood boule as delicious.

What a fun little spot to hang out at! The location is great and parking is easy, tons of fun stuff around the area. Was my first time here so I was overwhelmed by the menu options but the server was amazing and helped us pick so we were able to get a little bit of everything. Definitely recommend this location if you are looking for a casual spot with a fun atmosphere and great service

Visited on a Monday night and almost no one was there. Our server was extremely friendly and took our order quickly. The food took longer than most spots to come out, but I enjoyed my meal. My friends did not love theirs as much. King Crab Cluster ($11.99 when ordered with an entree): I got this steamed with a side of butter but you can choose to get it Cajun style or with garlic etc. I thought the flavor was good - I like crab, so no complaints. Cup of Clam Chowder ($4.99 when added to an entree): Flavor was good, extremely small portion for a cup but it was filling and comes with oyster crackers. Waitress gave us extra crackers too!Fish and Chips: Fish was soggy. Taking this home and popping it in the air fryer would've restored it. Lacked flavor (needed salt).Grilled Tilapia: Friend asked for it grilled but it came blackened (or burnt). Said the rice and veggies were cold. He gave it 2 stars.Seafood Ensemble: A mix of fish, fried shrimp, and coconut shrimp. I tried the coconut shrimp and it was weird - tasted like honey bunches of oats granola type cereal and the shrimp was flavorless and mushy. Wouldn't recommend.Shoutout to our server - she was great!! But this spot lacked the energy of other Joe's I've visited. Will happily take other seafood reccs for Orlando!

Single handily downloaded this app just to review this place service was terrible waitress Niki only came to our table three time once to take our order second to drop off food next to take our money once she took our card she left with it for over 15 minutes Joe's Crab Shack was not busy at all I'm very unhappy with my experience here and the food was mediocre this restaurant can improve in all aspects and maybe get some new servers

Arrived for late lunch-service was quick. Shrimp sampler platter was huge & really good. Large shrimp and a variety of tasty sauces. Reasonable at $22.00. Melon berry margarita very refreshing.

The service is great and lovely, lots of workers. The food is quick to come out and tasty as it sounds tasty too. The vibe is so fun and good, the music is great for any age. Not too pricey and enjoyable for a nice lunch,dinner or even snack stop.
