I visited Jinya Ramen Bar for the first time to celebrate my anniversary, and it was an overall amazing experience! Our server, Carlos, was excellent--friendly, attentive, and made us feel well taken care of.We started with a few appetizers, sharing the Spicy Tuna Taco and Salmon Poke Tacos. While the shells were a bit too crunchy for my taste, the flavors were incredible--the fillings tasted so fresh and flavorful. Another appetizer we tried was the Jinya Bun, which quickly became one of our favorites. The bun was soft, and the meat was perfectly tender and delicious. For our entrées, we ordered the Jinya Tonkotsu Black and the Premium Tonkotsu Red. Both bowls were hearty, rich, and absolutely satisfying. To celebrate, we paired our meals with a Lycheetini and a Smoky Wokashi, both of which were delightful and unique. We ended our meal with dessert: the Green Tea Mochi and the Panna Cotta. Both were absolutely amazing, but the panna cotta really stood out--it was the perfect sweet ending to our meal.Overall, it was a great experience, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

We stopped by here for lunch on a random weekday, and besides the entrance being closed for renovations, we had no issues. We both ordered ramen bowls, and while the bowls were huge, you definitely had more ramen than any other ingredients. They have an option on the menu to add more sides or more ramen, and I ended up having enough left to take home for dinner. They're a little on the pricey side, but the food was tasty so it makes sense! Our waiter was very attentive, he kept our water full, and took his time going over the menu. The restaurant was also very busy, but the noise level was perfect, the music playing the background was a great touch as well. I will be back, but next time I'll order extra toppings for my ramen!

JINYA is one of my favorite places to eat in Oviedo. It's always delicious, and the service is great. The atmosphere is very cool, and makes it a great spot for date night. I am obsessed with the Impossible Gyoza, so I always make sure to get an order. My favorite entrées are the Flying Vegan Harvest Ramen and the Impossible Rice Bowl. Make sure to sign up for their rewards app so you can get points to redeem for free food during your future visits!

It was my first time at jinya ramen bar, and I gotta say the presentation and the food was A1. It was kinda pricey, but what do you expect for ramen?, we were greeted at the back door they told us to walk around the front doorwe were seated at out table surrounded by Roman shop décorand a nice looking bar. The mood was pretty chill and our server was excellent, always asking us if we needed anything. Or if they could do anything to make our visit more pleasant. I ordered ramen. Lol i don't remember the name of it, but it was the one with the pork, Which I gotta admit the brothhad a really good flavor the noodles were good a consistency, and the egg was delicious. I Definitely, will come back here to try more of the stuff on their menu. I had a good time and it was some of the best ramen I've had in a while. If you live by jinya ramen bar or are in the area of and you want to try some good ramen, stop in.It'll be worth a stop for real

I had been looking forward to trying Jinya Ramen Bar since they opened in Oviedo, but my first visit left me disappointed. I ordered their current chef special, "The Red Garnet," and found the broth lukewarm and increasingly salty with each bite. My son had the rice and curry, but even he wasn't impressed--and he's usually not a picky eater.I also asked my friend, who ordered ramen, if her broth was warm, and she had the same complaint. She found it lacking in flavor and overly salty as well. That said, the service and ambiance were fantastic. The soft lighting and cozy bar setup created a great atmosphere. We didn't get a chance to try any drinks, but maybe next time I'll stop by during happy hour to explore their appetizers and cocktails. However, as far as the ramen goes, it's a no for me--lukewarm, salty ramen just isn't appetizing.

It's small like its other locations but a welcome addition to the East side. I believe they have been open for about a year. Jinya consistently is at the top of my list for good ramen in Orlando. The tonkotsu broth is my favorite. They have delicious cocktails on happy hour as well. Fun tip- they don't do reservations on Open Table like their sister location but I was told you can join the waitlist virtually on Yelp. Enjoy!

Went for lunch. I wasn't very hungry but got the Salmon Poke Bowl. It was so good and satisfying. My husband got a black tonkatsu ramen bowl which was so yummy. He was full from it.

The restaurant is located beneath an apartment complex. My friend and I met on a Thursday evening and had no trouble finding parking or getting a table. The interior is lovely and well-decorated. They also offer outdoor seating, which would be a great choice when the weather cools down. For our meal, we started with the Salmon Poke Tacos and Crispy Chicken. The Salmon Poke Tacos were tasty, though the fish quality could have been better. The crispy chicken pieces were large, but I've had better and juicier crispy chicken/karage elsewhere. Lastly, I ordered the Jinya Tonkotsu Black ramen. The dish featured thin noodles, pork belly, nori, green onions, a jammy egg, garlic chips, fried onions, garlic oil, and a spicy sauce that seemed like gochujang. I didn't expect a spicy sauce in the tonkotsu and should have read the description more carefully. It wasn't bad once mixed in, just unexpected. I did feel that there was too much oil, leaving a film in my mouth.Overall, I enjoyed my experience. The service was good and attentive, and the food arrived fairly quickly.Food: 3.5/5Service: 5/5Ambiance: 5/5

This location recently celebrated its first anniversary! Even though Jinya is a chain, it still feels like a local ramen shop with top notch food. The staff is always attentive and welcoming. Their ramen is rich, flavorful, and made to perfection--my favorite is the tonkotsu black (get extra black garlic)! They have a house sauce I love that can also be added or used for the the small plates (try the eggplant and brussel sprouts). The variety on the menu, including vegan options, means there's something for everyone. I highly recommend JINYA for anyone craving authentic, delicious ramen in a great setting.

It was very busy inside but there was no wait for outdoor seating. First time here and our waiter was very informative about the food options. The ramen was amazing. Also, very pretty environment. Fire Ramen Thanks Carlos
