Mobile ordered at the 2 S Orange Ave, Orlando location, my girlfriend picked up my order. I ordered a slim 5 with extra cheese and a loaf of the bread. Not a hard order. Only got the slim. Called the store and the gal who answered knew exactly why I was calling before I said a word. I asked to be credit back the $5.00+ for my bread she said no problem and would do it right away. 3 days later still no credit. So paid $12.65 that's an expensive slim 5

This place used to be great. Staff is now rude, and completely fails on the quality side of the food. I had a girl hang up on me and get super rude with me over the phone when my phone service started cutting out a bit. Apparently it's my fault our lovely trees make phone service in the area a tad spotty. My JJ's rewards never actually go through on my orders yet disappear as if they had, every single time I try to use them. When you asked about it, employees become immediately annoyed with your existence and let you know that IT is just not their job! Fair, but at least pretend to try to help a confused customer out? Maybe call your manager and let them know there is an issue with the rewards system?

Not a review of the food but of the store. Located downtown where all the bars are. I guess this works at 2am after drinking. Are they open that late? The place is tiny with limited seating. Well maybe it's a grab and go for business locations. I don't know. But I do know one thing. Don't eat here. Order and go!

It's really not that hard to make a cold sandwich, so five stars, because they do it right and speedy-fast! I've ordered here once (and they got the order right) and I've gone in during lunch time to order in-person. There's a line almost out the door, full of corporate guys on their lunch break. Even though the line is long, it moves very fast. One guy takes your order and makes your sandwich in seconds. The next thing you know, you're at the register paying, and the sandwich is in your hands. I've tried both the $3 Little John sandwiches and the full-size. The little sandwiches are a great deal, they fill you up just enough, unless you're starving. If i get a regular sized sandwich, I can eat the sandwich over two lunches. For me, personally, it is cost-effective to get a $3 Little John, as it is pretty low in calories. It's cheaper to get two Little Johns on separate days than one (and it will be fresher).

I ordered my Jimmy John's using the app from the downtown Orlando location. The physical location is the same as any other Jimmy John's, but who actually goes INto them? The real appeal of Jimmy John's is the lightning fast delivery by a human on a bike wearing the special Jimmy John shirt. Everyone is always happy to see him/her. As always my delivery was correct, fast, and the delivery person didn't even have to call me to figure out how to get into my apartment complex! Win, win win. My favorite sandwich is the Perfect Italian (Vito). I change the white bread to wheat, add Jimmy mustard, peppers and bean sprouts. It is DELICIOUS! I also tried their new Kickin' Ranch and it's pretty darn good too! Accurate order, super fast, fresh, and yummy - can you really ask for more? I highly recommend when you are melted into the couch and want fast, easy eats - use the Jimmy John app.

Dropped in for a quick lunch. The store was super busy and a lengthy line to order. The line mover fast and the sandwiches were ready just as fast. The restroom was clean and it is gender neutral. The store is located downtown so parking is not an easy task.I ordered the billy club and added avocado. The sandwich was good I just wish they put your moneys worth of avocado on the sandwich. All the times I have added it to my sandwich you really can't taste it so it is waste.

Great sandwich place! They have fast service, eapecially delivery, and they are open late night at some locations. The bread tastes great whether french or multi grain. The multi grain is a square type bread not sub style but it still tastes great. You can basically customize your sanwhich any way you like it. I have eaten the Pepe and I am ordering the vegetarian nowadays. I also love the unwhich, the lettuce wrapped sandwhich. It is filling too so don't let the lettuce wrap idea fool you. I really love ordering online. You can make your favorite choices and save and bunch of options and order super quick while at work. It is so convenient!

Food was served fast and extremely fresh. I would return to this location. Tables and chairs are limited to promote social distancing. Great place to grab lunch if in a hurry. One negative thing to note is that cashiers are also in a hurry when taking your order. Cashier was frustrated I ordered a turkey sub, instead of knowing the number of the turkey sub on the menu.

Kinda slow for a Jimmy Johns. Normal for every other restaurant but Jimmy Johns has that fast promise? Or did they stop doing that?Sandwich was super bland. Was supposed to have avocado on it but there wasn't any. The bread didn't look like bread. It was all one color and it was paler than bread should be, like it was very undercooked. Fountain soda tasted funny.Staff was impatient with customers, unclear, and somewhat rude. Overall, won't be coming back.
