Stopped in for dinner before volunteering as it had been awhile since we dined at one. I know the sandwiches are made to order, but it took a little longer than I expected. Also, they ran out of the standard rolls due to a large group coming in before we arrived. I had the Vito and added Jimmy Peppers. The sandwich was good, but don't know if I'll patronize again soon as the price point was more than I'd like.

No longer freakishly fast . Used to be 10-15 minutes for delivery . Now it's 35 minutes or longer . What a darn shame !

My wife and I came here after an eventful Halloween night in downtown Orlando. We were actually trying to go to a different restaurant but the crowds were getting so large it was difficult to navigate our way to the destination. Jimmy John's was relatively close so we chose to go there. It's a good thing we did because we did not have to wait long to order or for our food to arrive. The only downfall was this place was a disaster. It's no fault to the restaurant it's just that there's thousands of people in downtown Orlando on Halloween night. I'm amazed that Jimmy John's still had napkins or paper wrappers to roll their sandwiches in because everything else was ransacked by the O-Town mob.We ordered the Giant #2 Big John ($12.09) which is an 18" roast beef sandwich wrapped in two separate 9"rolls with everything on it (extra $1.98), a bag of BBQ chips ($1.59) and a medium drink ($1.99). Total cost was $18.80. With the crowds and fiasco going on, I really didn't know what to expect with our food. Surprisingly our sandwich was amazing and surprisingly fresh. My wife wanted something sweet so she returned to get a cookie which was also delicious. I'm glad that we stopped at Jimmy Johns because we were pleasantly surprised even in the utter chaos of the evening. I will definitely return to this location in the future.

We came here on Halloween night after walking the strip it was about 1 a.m. and they still were serving food. The sub we got was a 16 inch roast beef sub for around $13 and it was delicious. The place was packed with people but the line moved quickly. Thanks Jimmy John's for being open so late!

Super Fast, Super Fresh........I ordered 2 sandwiches and chips at 10:30 Delivered by 10:44p!!! The bread was fresh and sub made exactly like I ordered it. They were very courteous when taking the telephone order. Delivery is free!!

They really need to change their slogan, nothing "freaky fast" about their service. Giving 3 stars because I do enjoy the food, but my gosh make sure you have plenty of time if you order delivery. Keep a snack close by because you will wait awhile. I called to check the status of my order, says "it should be delivered momentarily" without actually knowing. 30 minutes and counting... even though I live 600ft away from them. Unfortunately I'm on crutches and require delivery. *sigh* what a disappointing establishment.

50 minutes (and counting) for a delivery of an 8 inch sub on a Tuesday afternoon. When I call about my order, the call lasted over 3 minutes. Mind you, the majority of that time was spent on hold for a 10-20 second conversation. First and last time ordering from this place.UPDATE: I called back a second time and they didn't even bother picking up the phone. It took almost 1 hr and 10 min. to get me my sub. Mind you the store is 10 minutes (if that) away from my job.

Don't waste your time. Used to be great customer service and awesome sandwiches, but not anymore. The last few times I've ordered for delivery it has taken more than an hour. This last time it took almost two hours. I ordered the veggie and there were barely any veggies on it. I added pickles and they didn't put them on. Felt like I was eating a piece of bread with some mayonnaise. Noticed they upped their prices again, so I paid $14.00 (this includes $5.00 tip) for a crappy sandwich that took two hours to arrive. Never again.

The only reason this location is getting 2 stars is because the sub I always order is good. What is so poor is the lack of customer service here. Each time I come in I stand at the register to order and watch as an employee (who's making a sandwich 3' from me) continues his or her work without greeting me. I could stand there several minutes! I believe if they were BETTER TRAINED they would know to say "Hi, I'll be with you in just a moment," or anything pleasant. Other JJ locations do! This location has suffered from a lack of employees and apparently, employee morale and/or training.

I Ordered a sandwich to go and I accidentally ordered it at the one on downtown Orange instead my son went to pick up the sandwich and they were very rude to him would not make him another sandwich and force him to go downtown they were very mean and disrespectful
