Disappointed once again! About two weeks ago as soon as we walked in they yelled that they had No Bread!!! Today we walk in and they are yet again out of French bread and only have two rolls of wheat bread! How can they be out of bread? First thing they should have enough supply of is fresh bread!!! No care in the world either of turning away customers! New management needed ASAP!!!!

Severely disappointed. We have frequented many Jimmy Johns and have always been impressed with the consistent quality, freshness and friendliness of the sandwich shops. Not the case on a Sunday in Lake Nona!The woman behind the counter bordered-on surly. She took our orders, and then proceeded to create the soggiest "un-wich" and regular subs we have ever had the unpleasantness to eat. Seriously, imagine biting into a wet sponge wrapped in paper with unexpected "juice" oozing out of the bottom of the paper wrap and spilling on your lap! Gross.Unfortunately, we ordered these "to go" and were well down the road by the time we realized what we got.We can only guess she "washed" (more like DRENCHED) the lettuce and didn't bother to dry it off before preparing the sandwiches. Whatever the problem, it was one we have NEVER experienced at another Jimmy Johns, which (except for this one) we always found satisfying and enjoyable.

I come here all the time since they opened this location and noticed a bunch of negative reviews and was confused. I've yet to have an order that was incorrect or inconsistent and I usually oder 3-4 different sandwiches for myself and my family. Staff is always very polite and typical of Jimmy John's, fast! Not sure what all the fuss is about. I say keep up the good work guys, I'll be back today in fact!

Somehow this is the worst Jimmy Johns that exists. Randomly closed all the time, takes hours in line in the drive thru, lobby not open. I'm actually not even sure anyone works here anymore.

Five stars simply for having some of the kindest and most attentive staff members. I have eaten at multiple locations, but I was truly pleased with how great the customer service is here. I ate her with my two small children, and the staff made the experience a lot easier and stress free. I applaud you guys so much and thank you from the bottom of my heart. (Eat here around 2:30 PM on Valentine's Day.)The food is the same as other locations. I particularly like the taste of the bread that they make/use for their sandwiches. I like that the sandwiches always taste fresh and are simple. It is a little on the more pricier side for a sandwich, but I'd say it is pretty worth it.

One of the unfriendliest staffs I've seen. Been here a few times. No greeting, no Hi, nothing. Kinda makes you feel like your an inconvenience. I dont expect alot. Just a hi and a smile from a business. If it happened once, fine. It's like this every time. Sandwiches are mediocre.

Despite reading the bad reviews I decided to stop in. I used the drive thru and there was no line. Ordered my food with no difficulties. Food was good, the attendant never asked if I wanted a combo, what size, etc. So I just ordered my sandwich, drive thru worker was quiet, lacked customer service. Maybe said 2 words to me. Received my food fast and correct. Just needs to work on the customer service
