Some people rave about this place. Obviously they don't know what good is all about. Jersey Mike's Subs is so average; nothing to write home about. One can get a much more tastier sub at Publix supermarket!

I saw this location was opening soon when I was in the area a few weeks ago getting my hair trimmed and remembered to give it a try yesterday when I was in the mood to have a fresh tasty sandwich. I placed my order for curbside and when I got there and found a spot & checked in it was out quickly. However when I got to where I was going & went to eat I realized it wasn't my order. Unfortunately it wasn't anything I could or would eat so I had to turn around & go back. But the employee who helped me was SO nice & knew exactly what had happened and had my sandwich & brownie ready to go & gave me an incentive to return. I completely understand we all make mistakes and while it can be inconvenient I believe in giving a little grace, which apparently could not be said for the guy whose order mine was mixed up with. That makes me sad because the people serving our food are human too and I think having a good attitude about it can turn the whole experience around. When I got my correct order it WAS delicious and I will definitely return because of how nice the gentleman who helped me was (wish I had gotten his name!).
