Jersey Mike's Subs

I have ordered and eaten at this establishment many times. For the most part, service seems to be speedy. If I've had any wait at all when ordering, it has only been a few minutes. I like that they freshly slice the meat for each sandwich ordered. The toppings seem fairly fresh. I like the option of also getting a "sub in a tub" making any sandwich a salad. The customer service is great, and someone always greets you.I recommend signing up for the rewards program. For my birthday, I received enough points to redeem a free regular size sub. Today, I placed an online order for a regular size club sub. It was ready by the time the app said. I was able to walk right in and grab my sub from the cart. The sub was really good. The bread was so soft. They packaged my sub up nicely.

I love this place! The subs are the best in town. Everything is always fresh, and the bread is always perfectly soft. Online ordering is quick and easy, and the food is always ready at the expected time. If you go in the store, the line moves quickly, and the staff is always friendly. They also have a fantastic rewards program. I just got a free sub today!

Whoever the manager is there and the cashier, Michelle or Caroline don't know which one, need to be fired. Had a nasty ass attitude when I asked for more oil and threw the cup at me. No told you to work at Jersey mikes so if you wanna work in the food industry have a better attitude or go home.

The staff at this location are always so nice. I've never had to wait in a long line and I've never ever felt rushed which Is an issue I've had at a another location. My subs are always tasty and fresh

This location is elite. Always high quality and the fastest service I've seen from a Jersey Mike's. Like literally... we're talking 10 minutes for delivery from ordering to it going straight to the dome. I love the Italian Mike's Way on their Parmesan rosemary bread. My kids will devour the turkey mikes way on white. Honestly... no complaints and it's good value -- why wouldn't they get top marks!?

My husband was nearby receiving chemo. Went to said store, walked through the unlocked door. "The store is closed,will open in 15 , said the man stocking the the fresh baked loaves to be used for the day. Can I sit here and wait? Ok. i specifically requested for the large ham and cheese sandwich to be wrapped separately. I also purchased a soda and chips. I asked for a cup to put ice to go, he replied "did you pay for a soda?" Yes, I said. So he reluctantly gave me a cup which does not have a cover to take the ice back to the chemo center. I said : have a nice day! He angrily answered "next time come when the store is open" I said next time lock the door if the store is closed, and, would you be a little nicer?

Great subs there and super busy! Don't recommend going there during lunch as it gets swamped with orders and a bit of a wait

Answer your phone. Disorganized. Orders often wrong. And they don't answer their phone. Bad management.

We were the first ones through the door when they opened on a Sunday morning and what they produced seems like something that would come at the end of the long day not the beginning of a new day. We have been to the Altamonte location and had a much different experience from the staff being more personable and the food being far superior....a four-star review in Altamonte versus this experience and Winter Park.

Stopped going here after I made a mobile order. When I arrived on time, they hadn't made my sandwich yet. He told me he'd need a minute as there were walk-ins in line. As people walked in well after I had arrived, he continued making their subs despite the fact that mine was now 20 minutes overdue and I had already paid for my sub. If you're not smart enough or rude enough to think that a guy who ordered, paid and tipped for his sub already shouldn't come before people who just arrived after I did, then you're not getting any more of my business! I called for a refund and no one even bothered to apologize or try to make amends. Never again!
