Jersey Mike's Subs

Service was great! We met the general manager. He was really nice & personable along with the guy working with him tonight. Ambiance is nice. The place was clean. This is a good location if you are looking for Jersey Mikes.General issues with Jersey Mikes: The problem is the subs are just it's WAYYY too overpriced. $18 for the oversized giant, but $11+ or so for the way-too-small regular. Real charbroiled chicken breast would at least make more sense on the hot subs, but for $18+, I could get a full chicken parm dinner with pasta at many places. Publix has a better product all-around and comes at a better price, IMO. They put more meat on cold subs, have better bread and more flavor. A footlong is far more food than the Jersey Mikes regular for about the same price. Subway, on the other hand, has better prices (at least with coupons), but not always a great product. Bottom Line: Good people. Nice place. Overpriced and under-flavor. Just my opinion.

My experience with this location has been strictly via delivery thru the app and we have had multiple issues which finally have reached the level of having to find an alternative. I go directly thru Jersey Mikes app (not DoorDash or UberEats) and my order has been cancelled, or dropped only to have Jersey Mikes tell me I can "come pick it up". If that was an option in the first place, that would have been my choice. And typically at that point it's been an hour or more which as you can imagine really puts a hamper on things. The response always "deal with DoorDash" which I feel is a no win because when you reach out to DoorDash, they say "you placed your order with JerseyMikes"; which I agree with. At this time of this review have finally given up on this location of JerseyMikes.

Big Jersey Mikes fans! Love that they freshly shave the meat to order and have super fresh toppings.Even more incredible, they participate in give back events which help raise money for different organizations. I will always stand behind an organization that gives back.Bravo J.M.'sEach location is independently owned but they follow the same guidelines and have proven time overtime to be one of the top "chain" sandwich shops. Our location is always super clean and welcoming.

Can never complain with Jersey mikes. Whenever I want to satisfy my sandwich cravings, this is my go to spot. Service is always incredible, never had a problem. As far as ambiance goes, a bit of the same every time, but whats wrong with that

I usually get the mini turkey sub here and it's always just the perfect amount. The ingredients are always fresh! The restaurant is clean and well stocked! I have a 4 star just because I think the prices are a tad high for what you get!

Definitely a go to stop for us! Try the Philly cheesesteak as it's the best! Their sweet tea is also amazing. Stop by for friendly, fast service and fresh sammies!

Personally I love jersey mikes, I frequent the Winter Garden location, and I have never once run into any complications with my order. Staff is always super friendly, food quality is top-notch, the atmosphere goes great with the classic sub style food. If you guys are looking for a great meal 100% recommend checking out Jersey Mike's Wintergarden!!!!

as a follow up, I replied to the District Manager as requested in her response to me on May 18. A week goes by without a response, I sent a follow up email. Still no response. I sent a reply email to the DM on Saturday and no reply. I speculate this is how they handle customer relations, but I'm not going away.

...so second time in a row, got our meal and missing items...so frustrating...never a manager to talk to to get these ironed out..I would not recommend this location. Horrible service and quality!!!!!

Great costumer service I had with the staff, they were rather calm after I needed a sandwich remade from a little mistake, they make great hot sandwiches I had the buffalo chicken and it was really great. I have to thank the staff for my complicated order and would recommend going here.
