New owner discontinued military discount. Very unfortunate and kinda makes it no longer affordable

I was just in the store to order to go because app wasn't working properly. Greeted & addressed promptly. Then after app issue was resolved, the nice young lady began to take my order & just walked off mid way. The young man politely told me he would handle the toppings. Then I went to sit and wait. Realizing that I wasn't finished with my order. Then was yelled at by some lil girl and when I asked her to lower her voice & asked her name, she proceeded to scream at me & told me I could write it down. I was so upset I was shaking. Our lunch out turned into a nightmare. Then when I proceeded to pay and take my food to go, they informed me that the drink machine was down so I could get bottlers soda. I have been visiting that store for year's & unfortunately will never go back. The little girl was laughing as I paid. I am almost 50 years old & have NEVER been treated that way. That lil girl is lucky.

Been coming to this place for a few years, it is hands down the best sandwich shop around. (Sorry publix subs). The store is impeccably clean, I have visited them at different times during the day and I have never walked in to find dirty tables or floors, it's crazy to me but it's super clean all the time and I love it! They slice everything meats and cheese to order, my go to is the club sub on rosemary parm bread. The mini size is substantial for me, the regular and the larger size I find way too much for myself but you can always save it for later. While they are seriously fast at moving the line I always call while I am on my way to pre order my sub and as soon as I get in I just go to the front of the line to pick up.

Freshly made subs ( the size depends on just how hungry you are!!). We are working our way around the menu... non to date have failed, Every One Tastes better than the last one. I do cheat and use the JERSEY MIKES SUBS APP To order, so far The Italian is my hubby's favorite! It has provolone, Ham,Prosciuttini, Cappacuolo, Salami, & Pepperoni!! He likes it Mikes way: onions lettuce tomatoes oil & vinegar w/ oregano. My Son's fav is the Philly cheese steak hot sub, & YES HE ORDERS THE GIANT SIZE!!Lots of meat, and cheese, freshly cooked to orderWith grilled peppers & onions !!My current Favorite is Ham & Swiss on parmesanRosemary bread with Lettuce and tomatoes honey mustard & Mayo ! It's just so fresh and good lol

Things were improved after my last review and contact with the corporate office. Employees are now professional, sandwiches are great, and restaurant is mostly clean.

We love this place and it is consistent no matter which location you go to. Our sandwiches were made quickly and the employees were very nice. The place was clean. The serving size is a lot so the regular is plenty for one person! I love how the meats are sliced fresh and all the toppings are crisp and tasty.

Jersey Mike's is my "go to" sub place and this location in Hunters Creek does a great job of keeping up the standards of the chain. I personally love the club sub with its ample portions of meat, cheese and veggies. Of course you want it "Mike's Way" to get the true experience! This location is also always clean and service is usually OK. Parking can be an issue in this plaza during peak times. Overall I know I will be back, and I can't wait to have another sub!

Ordered food and an hour later, no delivery.When I called Jersey Mikes, I was told "we make the good , we don't deliver it. You will have to call the delivery service for refund "Terrible attitude! Been ordering from them for several years... not any longer!

Went to jersey mikes for lunch and service was terrible was no greeting while waiting from any employees and there were 4 ppl they all looked disgruntled and tired and moving very slow the line was long and the wait for a sandwich took my whole lunch break the stew was messy no one was wiping tables the bite of the sandwich I took was good but I doubt I return to this store again

Best run Jersey Mike's. The manager and the entire staff. He recognized I had three girls and their boyfriends and my grandson. They were very patient and he gave my grandson a cookie. Very smart as it allows him to be quiet while the rest were able to order. The 7 sandwiches were great and filled with meat. My daughter who lives locally will definitely be back. Thanks for the awesomeness and customer service.
