Jersey Mike's Subs

3 stars for Jersey Mikes! Not because of the service, service was great!This was my first time ever going to a Jersey Mikes and I love a nice toasted sub and they don't toast the subs here? And for half a sub is $10.25?Totally not worth it, I could have made something like this at home. I won't be coming back. The store was very clean and orderly though.Just not the place for me!

First time coming here, wanted to grab a quick bite to eat while I was in the area. Small little sub shop with plenty of seating and not too much of a line but the wait times are definitely long., sandwiches are more pricey compared to other sub places but they at least keep your appetite satisfactory. Staff was really friendly, clean restrooms and dining area for a great visit.

First thing I'd like to point out is this location is kept sparkling clean. The employees were constantly out cleaning. Meat is top quality. Subs are delish!4 out of 5 because there is a slight odd scent in there (maybe the cleaning products?) and didn't seem to get the same amount of meat as other Jersey Mike's. I had several bites of the sandwich that had no meat at all. Employees were efficient - but I wouldn't go so far as to say friendly. Overall, I'd recommend - but maybe keep an eye on the amount of meat being put on the sandwich and call them out if it looks really light.

i love the food as always. I called several times to change my pick up time, which has never been a problem before. This location sent me to voicemail and then picked up the phone and didn't say anything while i heard them talking in the background. I was disappointed to say the least. i just wanted my food to be fresh when i picked it up.

This location never dissapoints. Their food was excellent as always. Got my favorite (Big Kahuna) and it was absolutely delicious. This is my favorite spot in Orlando for a good Sub. Their staff is great and they are extremely busy. I higly recommend to order online,and then either dine in or take out. No pics at this time, since the sub looked amazing and completely devoured it.

I hadn't been able to get to a Jersey Mike's in a while. I decided to get me a Tiktok suggested #9 Mike's Way. I tried ordering it on the website but the side wasn't using my points for the order. I called the sandlake location. The young lady on the phone, said she would able to take my order over the phone or I could come in to order. She said we would take care of the points when I came to pick up my food. I said, I'll come in. 3 employees were hustling, getting orders out. The woman I spoke to rushed over to take care of my point issue and we placed my order. The other 2 employees were just as friendly. My new friends hooked me up with a beautiful sandwich. I will definitely be coming back to this location. I wish I had taken their names to give them the proper recognition.

First time here. They got my order wrong but I called a few hours later and they offered to make alit up and provide the free one - I picked the following morning. Fair and great customer service. Delicious sandwich. Got the giant steak and portobello mushroom sandwich.

Nice, clean location. (Parking can be hard, at times, because they share a small area with 3 others ) The staff was very friendly and attentive. Our sandwiches were delicious, as always. (I get the Big Kahuna. Regular size because even that tends to be too much for me to finish.) I just wish they had Coke products instead of Pepsi. I would usually go with the sweet tea but, I'm not a big fan of the sweet tea they have. I go with the root beer as the last resort.

I've tried to like the sandwiches here before, and I think I finally found one I liked (the roast beef). And then, while I was checking out the cashier says "you have really pretty eyes". I managed a stern "excuse me?" giving this guy a chance to back-pedal, say nothing, or a thank you for your order, anything. But he doubles down "You're eyes are just really gorgeous, I'm not a pervert or anything". Oh my goodness. Dude, get out of here. So unprofessional and awkward. I should've taken his name but I was annoyed, embarrassed and furious. Never again.

So good! I get the club sub and it's my new favorite! I order it every chance I get! Always amazing!
