Sandwich order always has something wrong...... they leave condiments out of the bag on every orderdelivery is through DoorDash and every single time I leave instructions to knock loud and ring the doorbell as I am disabled and just got out of surgery. and they leave order on the ground in front of the door when there's a bench right next to the door that they could set the food on. They leave the food directly in front of the front door. They don't knock, and they don't ring the doorbell as per the instructions. they don't knock they don't ring doorbell. My husband opens the door and trips on the bag. This happens every time I order.

i always forget how delicious Jersey Mikes is! AND i have been trying to limit my gluten intake-- i tried their gluten free sub bread for the first time and WOW! Their subs always taste so fresh and amazing! We were able to order from this location on Uber eats and pick it up! The staff already had it made for us and the process was easy and smooth! it's a smaller restaurant that has been around for as long as i can remember! Super close to where I live so i will definitely be picking up a sub or two again sometime soon! Thank you, Jersey Mikes for being so good and also so accommodating!

Jersey Mike's not only made it difficult to make an online order, but they also gave my food away because they leave their online orders in front so people can just take other peoples food. I would have saved time and money going somewhere else, and waiting in line for food. You can't even redeem your points for useful items so I personally will never spend my money with this company.

Tried a GIANT no big deal steak sub. OMG this is not intended for a single meal folks! The steak and American cheese was spot on awesome. The onion and peppers is a worthy inclusion. I dare say this is as good as a steak sub can get!

I frequent this location & haven't been disappointed yet! The staff are polite & the food is exactly as you expect it to be. Jersey Mikes is a little of a pricier option for sandwiches, but it's fresher than some of its competitors.

The store is very nice, clean and a huge upgrade from the old subway that was here. The employees were very friendly and helpful as I have never eaten here before. I ordered the veggie sub grilled, and changed up my cheese to pepper jack cheese. They let me sample the tuna and it was fresh, delicious and not too much mayo! The bread is so soft, and the toppings fresh. My sandwich was great and my overall visit was welcoming. I will def be back for my sub cravings!

I ordered a Giant Cheese Steak Sub last Friday. It looked like they were very short on meat. The subs are usually good. It was almost like I paid $17.00 for a sub roll. Very disappointed with the quality of the sub. The sab did have good flavor.

I went to this Jersey Mike's and they got my order wrong twice. The assistance manager told me that I will have a free regular Turkey sub but the manager stated something different. He stated that they can't give me my free sub. He was so rude and disrespectful and he didn't even care about me as a customer. The manager is going to tell me the rules of Jerseys Mike's. This is not right. How can Jersey Mike's hire someone like this? I go to this Jersey Mike's once a week and the manger talked to me like this. Unacceptable. I am so upset and disappointed. I want the CEO to please give me a call? This is not right. I would have given them a negative 0 if I could have.
