$22 for 3 small fatty pieces of oxtails and mushy rice. Not worth the price. Literally feels like I'm eating dog food.

Red flags there were no customers, when you walk in you don't really smell the food.My family is Caribbean so don't call it jerk chicken if it's not. When I arrived at 4:11pm, I was advised the jerk chicken wasn't ready. So I asked what else do they recommend she said the jerk chicken. so I waited 30mins.Small Jerk Chicken- tasted like it was bbq chicken with a jerk sauce (store bought sauce at that). Jerk chicken needs to be cooked on a grill to give it that backyard smokiness. And based with the sauce through the cooking process.Rice& peas- no flavor- no coconut, no ginger, no thyme.Cabbage- still crunchy, lack depth in flavor. So definitely not the cooked all the way, reminded me of a cabbage salad.I ate it, but will not return because if I want Jamaican food I want the real thing.

We wanted something different. Located on the corner of Aloma and 436. I think most people order for pickup, but there are plenty of tables to dine in. They only have restroom. They play music at a moderate level. It's a simply decorated place. My husband ordered the stew chicken and said it was okay. They didn't have jerk oxtail. I ordered the regular oxtail, which I thought was good. It wasn't dry. It was nice with the white rice. I would come back to try other dishes on the menu.

The food was so good the first time that I had to bring my family when they came in from out of town. This time we sat in and had the jerk oxtail and curry chicken patty. The service was excellent and the food was even better than the first time and I didn't think it was possible. They had a steady flow of customers and door dashers. You really need to check them out. Clean place and great staff.

This restaurant is located in a plaza. I pass by pretty often. The lady taking orders was pleasant. It was pretty early so it was empty. I ordered two patties which didn't make it home lol. They were tasty fresh and were filled pretty good. I also ordered curry goat and a roti. The goat was falling off the bone tender but not a lot of seasoning. The roti was a bit hard for my liking but paired with the goat it was good. I would come back not the best Jamaican food but overall it was good.

If you're looking to fill your Jamaican food craving definitely don't miss the jerk spot lounge! This lounge has very chill vibe, authentic food, the owners are friendly and have a passion for cooking! The jerk chicken plate was plentiful. The two sides I chose was the Mac & cheese and the cabbage. The jerk chicken was seasoned well and had a kick of heat. It was a little drier than I would have like, but still really good. The goat soup had veggies & dumplings in it. I didn't get many goat pieces in my soup, but the flavor was very comforting. I also got two patties - one spicy chicken & a beef. The chicken as my favorite, but the meat in both was very pleasant.

I have gone to this location a couple of times and it was okay not bad on flavor! Recently I went and honestly I was actually very disappointed, The lady in the front was very nice amazing customer service the food was very stale, the chicken was literally bones and the bits of meat were so hard not good, the rice was flavorless and dry! I also had the jerk pork but that was actually a 10/10! Amazing flavor inside and out the jerk pork! I wasn't too happy this time around I believe the chicken was old I had a stomach ache for most of the night! Overall I give this location 5/10 not too bad but sometimes they slack on the food! Also Customer Service is 10/10 Amazing workers! Food 3.5/10

As a Jamaican, I'm very disappointed in this restaurant consider it a Jerk Spot. The jerk chicken was nasty and was not fully cooked. Even though it's from the oven, not a actual grill lady attitude was rude too when I told her the chicken was not cooked. She said what you gonna do with it. Not even asked to give me back a refund or you know apologize, I regret tipping her because she didn't deserve that.

This was my 3rd & final time coming to this location. I ordered veggie (Cabbage) rice & peas. The rice tasted bland all 3 times. I don't ever taste any of the basic ingredients like coconut, thyme or ginger. It didn't taste authentic at ALL! However the service was great. I just wish they take pride in seasoning the food the true jamaican way
