This is in a shopping strip near downtown Eustis. It's a breakfast and lunch place. Went for breakfast. It is a very cute little place with 3 small dining areas and a few tables outside. I ordered 2 scrambled eggs, hash browns and a biscuit and unsweet tea. The food was ready quickly. The tea was not good, I had maybe 2 sips. The eggs and hash browns were ok . Sadly I put the 'butter' spread on the biscuit and it was terrible. I couldn't eat it. The service was good, she was friendly and checked on us. You pay at the counter. Giving it two stars because there is a cute dog that is a regular named sushi. Also, I really like the decor a lot. I would definitely try something else next time if I go back. Soda options are Coke or Pepsi products in a can.

The food was good, but the service was oh so slow! We have gone twice and the service was slow both times.

Great comfort food for breakfast and lunch, daily specials, super friendly staff. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating for small and large groups. The locals dine here daily!

Ample parking. Tucked away in an out of the way location this is a simple diner with a warm vibe. Servers are friendly and warm. Food quality is ample and excellent. A great place to enjoy a meal.

Unfortunately, I need to update my review. The place has sadly gone downhill in the years since we were here. The breakfast tasted like old oil. I mean the ENTIRE breakfast, including things that shouldn't have been cooked in oil. Nothing was seasoned, either. I left with a queasy feeling in my stomach. I won't be back this time.

Good food, fast service, friendly . Always busy, good sign open till 2 pm so breakfast, lunch . Friday fish fry good burgers and breakfast

The food was good, the Ambiance was ok, the booths are very very tight. The service well... I am not sure how they keep anything straight, or keep people from walking out. There is not organization there. Not sure which one was our actual waitress, we did have to ask for refills didn't get our bill and finally went up to the counter. It's such a shame that this place could be so much better if there was some organization.

Stopped her for lunch and we were pleasantly Surprised. The decor is tired and worn. We decided to to Mondays specialty Meatloaf dinner.Portions were good we had meatloaf. , mashed potatoes , gravy and green beans and grilled corn bread. The food was delicious and a nice portion. The price was very reasonable. Service was great. . Will definitely stop again when we go through Eustice,. We both recommend everyone to stop by for a filling meal. Every day is a new special. Taco Tuesday!!!!
