Wonderful food, excellent service, and overall calm and clean atmosphere! It's a place that feels like a second home! And though I don't talk with the people running the place it doesn't take a genius to know they're wonderful people by the way they treat their guests! Did I mention wonderful food? Because I would come eat lunch and dinner every day if I could from how absolutely AMAZING the flavor of each of their products is! And reheating the leftovers you take home doesn't take away the original taste at all! I just finished reheating my chicken and rice bowl at home and it tastes the exact same as when they serve it to me at the store! /10 please come and support this wonderful place!!

Quick service, and the miso soup was flavorful, and the salad (iceberg) was crispy fresh. Main course was hot, and fresh crispy veges, and soft beef! And chicken. Worth the price. The portions are large so without prompting the wait staff brought over a takeout container!

The sushi and sashimi are always fresh and tasty. The service is quick and friendly. We go often and never have had a bad experience.

Japan Express never fails to impress (and satisfy). This is the only place we'll go for sushi.

There are not many (any?) good Asian restaurants around the golden triangle. I had noticed this place in the Winn Dixie shopping center but hadn't given it much thought. It's much bigger inside than I expected and so clean and fresh. It's basically like a hibachi restaurant but the grill is in the kitchen so you don't have to give attention to the chef but can enjoy the same scrumptious food. The servers seem to work all the tables as well had 3 different people attend to us. I ordered the daily special which was chicken & steak meal for $17.99. The miso soup was flavorless. The salad was good. The meal came with rice, noodles and veggies and it was enough for 2, maybe 3 meals. Soooo good. They make their own yum yum sauce and it was delicious. Lots of sushi options as well. So happy we found this gem. They were doing a steady take-out service so that's a good option as well. They have Coke Zero.

Always fresh always plenty of food and quick service. Improved dining room decor too.

I have been there three times. Each time I ordered my, what was supposed to be filet mignon, medium rare. All three times it was well done, had a lot of fat and was extremely chewy. The really bad thing is, when I arrived to pick it up, there were no other customers in the restaurant. Thus, there was no reason they couldn't take the time to cook my order correctly.
