We came here with a party of 6 (4 adults/2 kids) and were able to get a reservation and be seated without issues. Be ready to use those taste buds and the wallet as everything here is super worth it. We started with a few orders of croquettes (chicken & ham) they were great. While I'm used to a little more solid filling they tasted great and were a great appetizer. We also ordered the 5 cheese platter which was also a treat. For the main course we split a small paella between 4 people as well as the chorizo con papas to split. Our waitress Jhoy was tremendous and our visit and food was phenomenal. We will definitely be back. Tremendous work Chefs and staff of Jaleo!!!Bravo!!

Came here with a party of 6 and got a nice spot outside. Our server was nice but overall service was really slow and we felt forgotten. For example, my colleague ordered a sparking water and didn't receive this until essentially the end of the meal. Other drinks were brought on time though? As you'd expect we ordered a lot of the tapas and most were meh. The papas bravas were fine but WAY too much aioli. It was like a soup of mayo. The croquettas were nice and crispy but nothing special. The Endivias con queso de cabra y naranjas was surprisingly bland. Yes I recognize this is a salad type tapa but I'd expect the goat cheese to have helped add some flavor. The piquello pepper dish was nice and rich. The jamon serrano was nice but obviously not much cookery was needed there. Additionally, the pork sausage dish was good. This is a good spot for groups if you want to try a lot of different options with dishes that carnivores and vegetarians a like can enjoy. That said as this is a busy and big restaurant I think the dedication to details and quality is suffering a bit.

Location: Disney Springs right off the Orange garage by the movie theatre. Service was great and our server was very attentive. It's a tapas restaurant with some big plates to share among 2 people. I ordered the steak for 2 which is priced depending on the market price. We got a 60 day-aged ribeye which was amazing in flavor and the only reason why I'm not giving a 5* review is because the steak came out luke warm and quickly got cold because it was obviously sitting too long on line before it got picked up to be taken to our table. It's imperative that a steak of that quality and price gets served immediately after being on the grill for maximum enjoyment but we ate it cold, because it gets sliced before it reaches the table so any time wasted on line it looses heat. The piquillo peppers that come with the steak were great and hot, the fries were also hot. Btw, the restaurant doesn't carry steak knives so the chef cuts/slices your steak in the kitchen for you. We didn't get dessert. We sat outside with a lake view and it was quiet, romantic, and enjoyable! I recommend the place.

We visited Jaleo on a Friday night around 7:30. We had a reservation, and were seated immediately. We were looking for some tapas and drinks, and they definitely delivered. First we got drinks; a rose sangria and a Mediterranean gin and tonic, which were both a good size for the price and good drinks. Then, we got the pan tomate, chorizo iberico, octopus with tomato confit, and patatas bravas.Everything was delicious. The pan tomato was great, although I didn't expect it to be cold. The chorizo melted in my mouth and kept me wanting more. Next time, I'll definitely have to get the full iberico sampler. The patatas bravas were fresh and well seasoned. The aioli on top was to die for. The octopus was perfectly cooked! I can't wait to go back and try more of their menu.I loved our visit, but I did dock 1 star because it's very loud in there. There was a small band and flamenco dancer which were circulating the restaurant. Personally, I felt it was way too loud when they got to the station close to our table. I'm guessing it might be quieter on the patios, but it was a little chilly out, but I'd be excited to try them in the warmer weather!

This tapas style restaurant located in Disney Springs has a modern, chic ambiance with a casual feel. Dress up or dress down, you belong here. I loved the food - three of us shared seafood paella, croquettes and tomato bread. It wasn't the best paella I've ever had, but then again I've been to Spain a few times and not a fair comparison. It was $65, very steep for what you get. The flat-iron steak with pepper sauce was also delicious, but a small portion. The croquetas de pollo was the star IMO. Soft inside but crispy on the outside and not greasy at all. A little cheese inside and delicious. The Pan Con Tomate was also so good. Like a fresh brushed tomato on housemade bread, toasty and layered flavors. The sangria was also tasty. Service was excellent and friendly. I just think the price point was a bit high. A nice special occasion place :)

Parking was easy in the Disney spring free multistory parking .Use the Orange parking lot as it is closer. We parked in the Grapefruit lot which was a bit of a hike but I guess we burned some calories for the journey and back!Andres was our server and he was polite abs helpful, offering great recommendations. We were new to Spanish food and tapas and were eager to try. All the food tasted great and was unique compared to the standard dishes seen in other restaurants. The ambience was warm and inviting. If you order some of the Spanish ham selections, you get some table side preparation. All the staff yell "Paella" on delivery of this dish to the table. My party and I were pleased with the experience and will like to do it again! I highly recommend you visit

This is typically a bustling restaurant and we love it. Its concept is largely tapas, but they do have entree dishes as well. Service is polite, and knowledgeable. We've been going to enjoy tapas here for about 5 years and we have never had a bad dish. The food is delicious and inventive. They have a nice patio that's lakeside and open kitchen that adds to the awesome feel and ambiance. If you enjoy tapas - make sure to try Jaleo
