We had dinner here in December and both of us chose to do "The Wok Experience". We really weren't sure about trying this but our curiosity ultimately won out. We were not disappointed! The salad bar does not get enough love in reviews or from bloggers. It's far more than a traditional salad bar. It has WAY more than we were expecting. I've included photos below of the offerings and they were all delicious. Soup on offer was Egg Drop. Very tasty and a bit different than we're used to. The unlimited create your own Wok dish was pretty cool. I had the Thai Curry preparation and it was delicious. Wife had the Teriyaki and loved it. The experience could definitely use some additional add in items such as peanuts. We both had cocktails which were nice as well. I had a spicy margarita and wife had the Berry Smash. Service was friendly and well paced. We would absolutely return if ever back in the area.

Excellent food and service. We were seated by the window good view of the hotel pool. Ask for Mustapha. He was an excellent waiter. He took great care of us. Krab rangoons were good. Filled with cream cheese chives and krab. Served with thai chili sauce. 7/10My dinner companions both enjoyed the pot stickers. 8/10 the accompanied soy sauce 10/10Ying yang oreo dessert was good and decadent. 7.5/10The best dessert was the ginger creme brulée. Absolutely perfect. 10/10

This was extremely disappointing and completely opposite of the other magical dining experiences we had in 2023. The food in all three entrees offered were tasteless. The sticky ribs were so fatty there might have been a tablespoon of meat and that was inferior in taste and texture. The shrimp was over cooked, and had no marinade or flavor and definitely wasn't cleaned properly since I had to remove poop trails from the shrimp. The salmon was cooked properly but undistinguished in any other way. The accompaniments were cold and had no flavor including the tasteless Kim-chi which should have at least had a basic spice. We were told that the chef was new. No excuse for poor and tasteless cuisine. Every other place we have gone for magical dining has been exceptional. Don't bother with the islands. It was not worth the money. On a positive note the service was excellent.

Food:Food is overpriced and mediocre. We waited an hour for our food and overall it was meh. Salmon Bowl - bland and dry, the glaze was good, but I wish there was a saucier element. Vegan drunken noodles - it's supposed to include plant-based chikn and two guests who ordered didn't taste or see it anywhere in the dish. It was good overall but was missing ingredients and wasn't filling. Mongolian beef - Not very flavorful. We ordered the medium spicy and it had not spice at all and we asked for hot sauce.General tso's chicken - It was okay but dry.Overall the food is mediocre and really, *really* does not deserve such a high price. Service:Service was nice. Our waiter Yasir went out of his way to meet the demands that people in my party had. He was very accommodating and seemed to be the only one waiting. The place seems understaffed. If you wanna enjoy your stay, please consider this restaurant a last resort. Save your money and empty stomach.

Dishonest staff. I parked valet and asked when I arrived I said we were going to Islands and if valet was included. I was told it was so I parked. When we went back to get the car I was told it was $5 plus tax. I asked who was there when I dropped off the car and they said they see a lot of cars there and didn't know. I specially asked and would have been happy to drop off my wife and friend and park. This is about more than the $5 but about the dishonest staff and their poor attitude. I won't be back spending $200 at the restaurant that's for sure.

Just had dinner last night. Background: We eat all different Asian food all the time: Korean, Chinese, Thai, etc. from big cities like New York and philadelphia and have decent Asian food from where we live. Been to Hawaii. First of all , the decor is beautiful. A+. If we were to have an event , this place is beautiful and comfortable.Food:Spring rolls- vegetable. Good but not amazingPot stickers- good but not amazing.Red curry chicken. Tastes as good as the stuff back home. Bulgogobi steak. Great! Cilantro rice (terrible)Pad Thai. Good.General Tso chicken. Not that good. More sour than sweet. The price. The taste of the food doesn't justify the price. Our local takeout Chinese restaurant has better general tso's at half the price. Although the red curry was decent, it wasn't as good as $20 a plate. Bulgogi $38?!For those who live in any town USA, you can get the exact same pot stickers and vegetable egg rolls for $3 at your local spot. Not $9 a plate for three. F grade for the waiter. I asked him how big the portions were. He said they were single portions so my four children got one dish each. (We are not a morbidly obese family.). Shame! There was enough for two portions in that dish. At $20+, with passable Asian food, we were not going to bring all those leftovers back on our last day.Only go to this restaurant if you are craving Asian food from back home and want to sit down in a beautiful atmosphere. The dishes are good but the price doesn't justify the taste. For that amount of money, There should have been dancing and live music and fire eaters. Otherwise, you can Uber Eat decent Asian food from the local area in Orlando to your hotel lobby for half the price. We had dining reservations and the place was empty. No need to book a table. Just walk in.

Surprisingly good! It was a bit hard to find, but the food was great and the service good.It was a bit hard to find at first - we had to ask a hotel employee where it was. We would come back for the lemongrass soup alone. The kids meals were very pricey at $16. They did a great job with Covid-19 mitigation measures. You have to get your temperature taken just to enter the hotel. Only 50% of the tables are able to be occupied and ALL employees wear masks (correctly).

This restaurant is located in the Loews Royal Pacific Hotel. We saw this place while walking home from one of the parks and decided to give it a try since it didn't look busy and they had a lot of options on the menu that we were in the mood for.We walked in and was told by the hostess that there was a 20 minute wait for a party of 2. We had already made up our minds that this is where we wanted to eat and stayed for the wait. We were shocked that there was a wait since the restaurant was practically empty (I'll say 2/3 of the restaurant was empty). We ended up being seated 30 minutes after we arrived. Our server however was great and provided great service and recommendations. He was extremely friendly. We had ordered signature drinks with our meals and took 15 minutes to get to our table and were definitely below average for what the restaurant considered to be a "signature drink." The food was ok, nothing spectacular to rave about. I got the general tso's chicken and my fiancé got the shrimp pad Thai. Both were very large servings. My fiancé's pad Thai was under spiced and very runny. Both dishes did have nice presentation though.Towards the end of our meal a they sat a party of 6 right next to us in a restaurant full of empty tables. We even overheard the party say it was so nice to be seated so quickly with a larger party without a reservation. This peeved us a bit since we had to wait for 20 minutes for a table for 2 and a party of 6 walks right in without a wait. This wait and food definitely was not worth it and we searched for other places to eat during our stay, but the service was great, extremely nice, and provided prompt service

Beautiful ambiance in the amazing Lowe's Royal Pacific hotel. The service is great. The problem is the food. I know it's mass produced and meant to be a family place, but why can't they do better with the food!? 2/5 for food, 5/5 for everything else.

I was having fun at universal until this "Food" ruined my trip. We were eating mid food except for the oranges i ate 5 plates of them but they charged everyone at the table more than twice the promised value and was a akward and uncomfortable experience due to the sheer amount charged. It made me question suicide
