Island Fin Poke Co. is the ultimate destination for fresh Hawaiian poke, offering flavorful bowls with endless customization options. The ingredients are incredibly fresh, and the portions are generous, loaded with high-quality proteins, vibrant veggies, and an impressive variety of toppings. Their house-made sauces are a standout feature, with the Island Fin Fire sauce being a personal favorite--it adds just the right amount of heat to elevate the flavors. The friendly and knowledgeable staff make the experience even better, helping you craft a bowl that's perfectly tailored to your taste. Whether you're a longtime poke fan or new to this classic, Island Fin Poke Co. is a must-try!

Everyone loves a poke bowl place! Here you can do a build your own bowl for $14. It's a bit pricey but they FILLED the bowl to the top. So much so that stuff was almost falling out. The sauces are more unique than other poke places (though you can still get standards like ponzu) and lean more towards the Hawaiian vibes. I also liked that they offer Dole whips here.

I had the pleasure of sampling Island Fin Poke at an office event earlier in the year and enjoyed both the food and concept immensely! I happened to drive past the Winter Springs location just in time for dinner recently. I have to note how amazing the employees are here! They were so friendly in their welcome and very patient as I built my bowl. The options are plentiful so you can certainly build something that suits your taste. If you can't decide for yourself, they have some menu options pre-built. The food tasted really fresh and definitely hit the spot. I loved the citrus marinate! Perhaps the greatest thing about Island Fin is the dole whip! I was ecstatic when I saw it on the menu and had to treat myself to one for dessert. Super refreshing and feels very on theme. They run a happy hour during the week from 3-6. The dole whip is half priced! That guarantees my return. The pricing is a little less than most poke places which is nice. You can build a bowl for about $15.00 and it feels pretty generous. Located in the Tuskawilla shopping plaza also means ample parking. If your a poke fan, you'll enjoy IF.

First and last visit. For reference, Poke Bowls are my absolute favorite food and I've visited multiple establishments in various states.Do the owners and staff regularly try their own product and actually think it's acceptable? This is hands-down the absolute worst Poke Bowl I've ever had.Other than the togarashi sauce, no ingredient in my bowl had any flavor or salt. I had to drown the thing in soy sauce at home to be able to taste anything. The "og" marinade didn't add any flavor or salt to my proteins. The rice was a disgrace, it wasn't sushi rice and wasn't flavored in any way, it was just plain white rice with no salt (at least it wasn't raw, but that's a pretty low bar to set). The scoop of avocado that I added, which I had to pay extra for and also had zero salt or seasoning, made everything worse because it didn't compliment the other ingredients due to the complete lack of flavor or sodium across the board.I also was disappointed by the crab topping, which they have the absolute chutzpah to charge extra for as a "premium" ingredient, while doing nothing to make it unique. It's literally just imitation crab out of the package, and shredded without any remarkable prepping or condiment. Most poke places make something special out of their Surimi crab to justify charging you extra. Additionally, the crispy onion topping was stale. But the worst offender was the Avocado sauce (pictured). It was just vile. It tasted like bland mayonnaise with an unpleasant, pugnent, cheesy aftertaste. I seriously don't understand who would try that and want to serve it to people. There are many better poke places in Orlando to visit. I would avoid this one, specially if it's your first time trying Poke Bowls because it might end up turning you off from them as a whole.

First time having a poke bowl. I ate three bites and ended up throwing it away. The staff was friendly but the meat was all cold chicken was unseasoned. Rice unseasoned. They were packed at one point so I believe other like them. My friend informed me as a regular poke bowl eater this wasn't great.

Staff was very friendly. Inside was clean. Unfortunately for me, most poke bowl restaurants are a bit pricey and I do NOT have a knack for building the best poke bowls (or any build-your-meal for that matter). I'd rather have a chef create the best flavor profile food instead of me guessing. The wife and kids enjoyed the meals they created. So if your are like them, and not like me, go build yourself some poke, baby!
