It's hard to find affordable and tasty wedding catering, but that is exactly what Incredibly Edible does.They were so helpful when deciding what options would be best for our wedding day. We were able to do a tasting and figure out what menu would work best with our budget. They helped us substitute the pricier items for equally delicious cheaper options! Vicky Daws and Incredibly Edible Catering did an excellent job at our recent event of 100 guests! We held a reception and tour of our radio station facility here at UCF, last Saturday, April 20th (2013) - and VIcky personally delivered the food and the beautiful setups. The display was customized in our UCF colors and even the desserts had a UCF theme. Also, we scheduled this on a last-minute basis - as our previously scheduled caterer cancelled on us, three days before the event! Vicky and her company were recommended to me by a friend. She was extremely helpful thruout the process, helping us select the right menu, keeping it within our budget, and also, coming thru with more than what we'd actually contracted for! Our guests were extremely complimentary, I'm still getting calls and compliments today - 3 days after the event! Incredibly Edible's is known amongst those who frequently visit the downtown area as having a handsome selection of sandwiches. Being a afficionado for a fine quality sandwich, I knew from first glance at the menu I was going to have a great time. My experience with IE can only be surmised by One Republic's song "all the right moves, in all the right places..." granted that's not for a sandwich but you get the point! The sandwich I had one my first adventure to IE was a club sandwich with a tangerine based whipped cream and my gawd was it amazing!!The environment is rather quaint and definitely exudes an older feel. It's simple and yet refreshing to have big open windows and old dinner chairs/tables to sit and eat. Price isn't expensive by any meaning of the word and as such I would definitely revisit time and time again to try out various other delectable items!

I have had Dawn and Vicky cater most all our events we do in Orlando area and have always been very impressed with their price, service, quality of food and presentation. They have been there for me for over the past 10 years and my guests have always raved about the food. Even when I had last minute events, they are dependable and responsive. In all the years, there has only been one incident where an order was wrong, but they owned it, and fixed the situation more than they needed to and for that I am grateful. Incredibly Edible rocks! I first found out about this place because my company sometimes uses their catering for meetings. So I was thrilled when I found out that they actually have a little place in front of the Amtrak station that's open for lunch.Their food is awesome- it's basic fare such as sandwiches and salads but with a twist. The roast beef and brie sandwich on a brioche type bun is out of the world. Every day they usually have a hot lunch special ( the beef tips over noodles is OMG good) a soup special and a sandwich special.The prices are a little high for lunch and the service isn't always that great but the food simply has me coming back for more.

If you are looking for great service day of and delicious food, this should be your go to. Especially with larger crowds. We have close to 100 employees, are always pleased with the food and my employees ask for it. The onsite staff is always wonderful and pleasant.However, I have to warn you that actually getting them on the phone is a matter of chance. Once they double charged us for a meal and getting a hold of them by email was terrible and getting the receipt was just as bad. This second time, I asked for the final bill but didn't receive it until after our card was charged so I asked for the receipt and the charge was completely wrong so now I'm waiting on another refund. I feel the frustration on my end has me looking for other options for our next event.
