WOW My husband and I haven't been to this particular IHOP for years. We simply just forget about it; however, today, while discussing where we would like to go for breakfast , we remembered this IHOPUnlike many restaurants where they freeze you with their AC, this restaurant was warm and cozy...ahhh Our server, Valerie was an absolute delight. Very friendly, and efficient. Our food came out fairly quickly and was hot and delicious We will definitely start frequenting this little jewel again. We also came in contact with two other employees while there who also were very cordial as well.

Poor management! Needs to be looked at if you're the franchise owner. Or maybe the owner is in the wrong business. Nevertheless safety and staff training starts from the top. Wake-up! Felt bad for the one and only server. Otherwise, food was iHop good.

Slipping service. We visit this IHOP regularly. And have even through the pandemic (when permitted). We've been so very understanding and supportive when they were doing the best they could given the situation. Now it's time to step up to the plate! The last two visits the server was unfamiliar to us. Maybe the location has lost the servers we knew. Dunno! The guys they have are cordial but not diligent. Didn't serve both of us at the same time and one order was not completed. And they never refilled my drink, even after specifically asking. Note, I must have my drink to eat. So basically I had to stop eating. This was not a problem previously. A drink should not be allowed to run out. I hope this new crew steps up their game. We have enjoyed going here. And the floor is so dirty. The whole place could use a thorough cleaning top to bottom.

International House of Pancakes brand. I guess we have shortened it to IHOP these days, but I remember this place forever.I would say that this brand is better for breakfast than other meals, but that is to be expected when pancakes is in the very name of their business. Strangely enough, I do not believe that I have ever had their pancakes. And I am a firm believer select the food that the restaurant is known for. However, I am not into sweet breakfasts for sweets in general. So I have always gone with the savory choices.You cannot go wrong with one of their omelettes. I would have to say that is my go-to whenever I have been to either this location or any of the other locations.Service here has always been very good. The servers are friendly and I have never had an issue eating here.All in all, I would recommend coming here.

Went there to have breakfast for my birthday, the server was very nice and attentive but the place was very dirty, the floors were sticky all throughout the dining room and tables as well. The food took 50 minutes to come out.

So the many times we had came here the service wasn't the same. Today our server Calli showed excellent customer service and even though the store was short handed she did an excellent Job thank Calli for your hard work.

Well, I am changing my initial bad review of IHOP to 5 stars. I was very impressed when the manager Rick, who contacted me after he saw the negative experience I had at his restaurant, and the negative review I left. He apologize, and asked if I would consider coming back so he could make it right, and hopefully change my negative experience into a positive one. Well, my wife and I did return, and Rick made our experience perfect, and as a bonus, he picked up our bill.Thanks Rick for your professionalism & excellent customer service. We will be back! I come here when I have a craving for steak and eggs. I'm not expecting high quality steak here. It does the trick. The entrance area employees move like molasses, which easily causes a traffic jam in the waiting area. (& irritation when you're the sole person there for a pick up order that you can see behind the counter) I feel slighted that French toast is a la carte at that price. I made my bed with that. The thing is, I'll be back for this 3 star service and food because it's consistent and easy to order.

we waited 10 mins for a seat. Not bad for a Sunday morning. After we were seated it was 30 minutes before our drink order was taken and that was by the hostess. Another 15 past before our food order was taken. When food finally arrived it was cold and the eggs were like rubber.of course ou drinks ran out and were never refilled. Overall it was just bad! horrible service and crappy food. I would recommend you go anywhere else but this place for breakfast.

A huge black hair woven through the food! it was disgusting & my whole family was so disappointed in the general manager and manager. They were not helpful and we're actually rude and so unprofessional. Do not go to IHOP in Alfaya. They should close that store down.
