What can I say that hasn't been said about an IHOP.This one is not bad with its menu with lots of breakfast options and holiday themed drinks. We came with some friends whose kids had a craving, and we joined them.We had tasty and carbohyrate filled true American breakfast.

Ordered sausage, got bacon.Ordered over medium eggs, got scrambled.Ordered crispy hash browns, got soggy.Ordered Swedish crepes, got strawberry.Hoped it would be hot when it got here since they are just up the street and things from farther away arrive hot but alas it was not to be.And what's with the pale, anemic looking bacon so thin you can read through it?I used to love this place but who ever is running it now doesn't seem to care about the quality of the product they are putting out. So sad.

This restaurant looks dirty, the staff seems disorganized and the food was bad. Once guests left the tables, dishes were left on them for a long time. So there were tables with dirty dishes everywhere making the entire place look dirty and disorganized. I asked for coffee, was serve once, requested twice for more coffee and our server never brought it, I had to asked another server for the coffee and he was nice enough to bring it. By 12 pm they were out of some of the main dishes like the country fried steak (main reason we camehere for) they were out of T-bone steak. This is probably due to the supply and demand the county is experiencing, but any manager would put out a sign for guest to know, before waiting 20 minutes to be seated, that what they wanted to eat was out. Not planing to come back to this location.

I would give this iHop zero stars if I could. Waited over 45 minutes to receive our food after placing order - Eggs Benedict. I felt sorry for our server as it was not his fault. The food came out, finally, sloppy and way over cooked. The food was so bad that neither one of us could eat the food. The server took the food off our ticket BUT we had to pay for the hot tea $3.79 plus tax for a total of $4.04. I had water, at least they didn't charge for that. I asked our server where the manager was. He/she was in the kitchen cooking. Have photos to show but cannot seem to add. I failed to mention that the hash browns were fully cooked to a crisp and crunchy and not edible. The eggs was fully cooked (not poached) and hard inside. The hollandaise sauce was haphazardly thrown on and so little. I would have loved to talk to the manager but he was too busy being a cook. I cannot believe that I had to pay for the hot tea but iHop needs ever penny they can get at this location. I go to an iHop after Mass on Sundays located on East Colonial and it is always excellent with great food (eggs Benedict) and great service plus fast. We will never return to this iHop and we live not that far. Sorry, this place should be avoided at all cost.

CLEANNN!! as soon as you walk in there is gunk and nasty stuff stuck where they lay the food. The walls are dirty. The kitchen is extremely dirty. The workers are not presentable, they look like they lack hygiene. The AC vents are black! I was starving and not even THAT hold me to stay. I had to leave. Waste of my time.

Overall, our experience was pretty good, but there were a couple of hiccups along the way. When we arrived, the interior was very cozy and welcoming. Although it wasn't too busy, there were a couple of dirty tables and trash on the floor. We were sat and our server attended us pretty quickly, taking our drink order. It took a little longer than usual to receive our drinks, then she took our food order once we had received them. The food took very long to arrive to the table, probably 30 minutes after our order was taken. It wasn't too much of an issue, because the food was great. When our server left our food with us, she said she'd bring us some water. This is where the problems started. Our server, Christal, did not bring us our water until about 30 minutes after we got our food (by that time we were basically done eating) while also bringing drinks to all of her other tables. It wasn't a problem that she was taking care of her other tables but our problem was that she was taking care of her other tables and not checking in on us, the only time she came up to our table was well after we finished eating our food and that was to bring us our check because we had gone up to her and asked her for it. She did not check up on us once the entire time. The experience was great but the service could have been better.

Walk in and I noticed a hostess wasn't at the front . I sat down and waited for one . I noticed it was pretty busy and I was the only one there so I didn't mind if it was going to take a minute. As I was waiting someone else walked in and they took them in completely ignoring that I was waiting .

Horrible experience the place was smoking inside the whole time my 3 year old daughter couldn't stay and eat the smoke was having her eyes itching the whole time we barely seat down and enjoy are breakfast and we get out there smelling bad like smoke not recommended to visit unless they fix theirs smoking problems

I ordered two pancakes, one sweet with banana and the other with bacon, and in the bacon pancake came the remains of the banana like stem and peel, so in fact the garbage that came out of one pancake went to the other and is now in my food . I made a complaint right away, but there was no manager to resolve it. I need to come back tomorrow.
