My coworker's been raving about the steak tips here for AGES and I finally went for it! My only regret is that I didn't try it sooner! As a food delivery girly, I was impressed with the thoughtful packaging! Yum yum!

There is a breakfast special at IHOP now. Four different choices at $6.99 plus coffee. It's tough to find anything this inexpensive for breakfast. I was with 3 other people and we all commented the breakfast specials were all good. Adequate proportions. Take credit cards. The entire staff was pleasant. We were glad we went there 3 different days before we went golfing. If you want to save some money and have a descent breakfast, you will not be disappointed. Recommend.

The service was amazing! Everyone was so kind and on top of what you needed. The food was not bad! Could have been a little warmer and a little less salty. It was Mother's Day weekend and they were so packed and still managed to keep the restaurant under control.

Me and my 85 year old father dropped into this lovely gem early this am around 7am when nothing else was open. The waitress Kathryn was great, very personable and lightning fast service. What delicious food. Crisp hash browns with tons of golden taste and the biscuits were so flaky and delightful!The price was just right as well. Such a great feeling as the staff had friendly vibes and my dad found a new early delight.

Guilty pleasure - Country fried steak, sausage gravy, eggs over easy, hash browns, and three buttermilk pancakes. Definitely gourmand fare; no pretension. Hit the spot for sure. Kept the hot coffee coming to wash all those goodies down. Negative healthcare points, positive satisfaction points. Price was right. As I was eating alone I just smiled at the parents corralling and managing their children. Good times.

This is my first time eating at the IHOP. The place is pretty clean. Enough parking outside.The service was a little slow. It took our food 20 minutes to come out. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable. She was happy to give suggestions.Notables here what is the hash brown. And the French toast. Both were good .

We went here on Christmas morning around 10am and were able to sit right away. Our waitress was extremely kind and attentive. Our food was great and is exactly what you would expect from IHOP. We were super grateful that something was open on Christmas day. By the time we left around 11:15 there was a long wait for tables. The only downside was the price. For 1 meal with an orange juice, it was $20. That seemed a bit crazy for just ihop but it's because the orange juice was $5. I'll remember that for next time though.

Party of 3. And the place was super busy. It took them at least 10 minutes to realize we were even there and it was after a wave over. Then our waitress seamed very flustered and in panic mode. We felt bad but it was very busy. The manager was in the kitchen getting peoples food out as fast as they could. As soon as she did get our order in it didn't take long to get it out to us. Even though it was super busy they still managed to keep the place clean. I did order a mango sweet tea but got a mango lemonade which I just rolled with it. The waitress did go back and look at what she wrote down and tried to fix it but I told her I was fine with it. Food was excelente no over cooked or burned anything. Other than our waitress needing to just breath I would recommend.

The Rundown: you will get what your taste buds expect from this IHOP but it's their late-night service that makes it stand out. Shout out to Rasha for providing stellar customer service all around!The Review: this location is one of the better known IHOPs in the area, being one of the late night food joints around downtown after the clubs get out. Unlike other night joints, this location shines at night. The menu will meet your IHOP expectations and has been consistent with what you'd expect but it's the team that make it a visit you will not regret. The staff always seem up for whatever adventure walks through their door and always have positive vibes running throughout. Despite the late hour the team always seems to run efficiently and has some standout servers- Rasha is amazing and her service is worth the visit alone. She is one of those people who will make you feel like you've been friends forever even though we only just met. It's definitely one of the smallest IHOPs I have been in but it has some of the biggest heart.

I am writing this review because of what I was told about a substitution, and I did the math..so what I was told makes no sense to me. I made an order that comes with 2 pancakes. I asked if instead of pancakes could I please get sausage links instead. I was told no because substituting pancakes for meat was not an equal trade. 4 sausage links is $4.89. If you look on the menu, 3 pancakes is $7.79. My order came with 2 pancakes... 7.79 divided by 3 is 2.59. 2.59x2 is 5.18...which is more then 4.89. How can you tell me "it's not an even trade out..the meat is more expensive"..??? The math be mathin. Unless you have different size pancakes. I ordered a side of pancakes yesterday and they looked the same size to me. Just saying guys.
