One of the better IHOPs I've ever visited. Good standard breakfast food and great service, in a sparkling clean interior.Food is usually standardized in large national chains. What really makes this location stand out is the fantastically friendly service. It's also meticulously clean both exterior and interior.

We were seated promptly, food was served quick & hot. Server was amazing! We came in after breakfast hours for lunch and it was much quieter than the busy morning rush. I absolutely love coming during this time of day so we're served quickly.

This location is clean, modern and it is not the typical ihop that I am used to where everything seems to be disorganized. I am very impressed to see they have a bar for people who want to sit there as opposed to the booths. The only thing I did notice is that the ac was a little high because it felt a bit warm there but not too much. The host attended us fast, brought our food fast and over all I really liked the environment all together.

My family and I like to eat out frequently. Today we were in your restaurant and I must have a review. The outstanding lady that served us was impressive. Her name in the tag was "Sam". She took our order without writing down anything and everything was on the spot. Her carisma and good service was espectacular. She made our day. I wish to have more people like Sam in all the restaurants that I visit because she makes us feel like a million bucks. KUDOS for Sam!!! God bless her forever!!! Thanks for her great service!!!

Good American Breakfast. The Bacon omelet had a noticeable amount of bacon. The prices are middle of the road. Two people can eat and be full for around 35 dollars. Brittani our server was very active and did a good job of checking back. The downside, the bathroom had standing water and no AC. A place I would stop again.

It's Saturday August 14 at 9:10am The staff who greets you and take your order. Which was an older lady. She was not welcoming. I had a question about an order online and she keeps cutting me off and won't listen. I ask for a manager and instead of getting him right away, she said he was going to tell me the same thing. The supervisor on duty didn't want to see what the issue was. I saw him and he stay back for awhile, until I said back to the staff "what he doesn't want to come up here." Then the staff starts to gossip right in front of me, like I was causing a problem. I just needed help understanding the online order. The supervisor charka on duty didn't help and I wish they could do better!

I haven't been to an ihop in YEARS, i was reminded why.Service sucks, food is like warm, our food stood on the counter for 11 minutes before she finally picked it up.Maybe it's just this location that sucks, they need to get better.

What a great experience. I am not sure what changed based on the other reviews, however I was in Orlando for a conference, decided to eat here. We were served promptly, waitress advised that four pieces of French toast were too much, as they are "fluffy". She was right. Now for the best- while awaiting food to arrive, we got to be entertained by the lead cook. His name was Boku. I asked. Sounded like a southern Tom waites and his banter on everything was amazing. I don't think he realized how much his voice carried, but after a meal I had to meet him. I told him he was my spirit animal and to never change, as I don't know many people who are like myself. The food was amazing, the atmosphere great. Make sure to say hi to the man boku if you go, and as you leave say hi to the man knelling in the street rubbing his stomach and giving sad puppy eyes. Choices. Choose this place.
