Super fun place! Owner was cool and the girl was very nice too. Vietnamese coffee was very strong and tasty but no taste of UBE at all. Frustrating but yet I give 5 stars for the good customer service and strong coffee.They have lots of merchandise and different food.

Such a nice cute little shop! Boba is always tasty! Never too sweet. They offer rolled iced cream, sweets, and more. They even have little games for customers to play while they enjoy their drinks. They're a little pricey, around $8 for a drink but it's worth it ! And the service is fast.

First time coming here and I had high expectations because I love bubble tea so much. The place is located in a great shopping plaza and once you enter, ambiance is casual. You order and pay on a kiosk. When looking at the menu for bubble tea, the flavors were very limited. I'm used to selecting from at least 10 different flavors but Ice Spot had about 4-5 listed. I ordered the taro bubble tea and my husband ordered the Thai tea one.I was a little surprised that they only offered 1 standard size. I thought they would have a regular and large which other places offered. Plus it cost extra to have boba added so the total ended up being a little over $16 for 2 bubble teas! That was very steep in my opinion. While the drinks were large, I would much rather pay a less to get a little less. The flavors were good and sweet but I don't think I would come back again for bubble tea.

Cute spot. Lots of variety. Hubby and I got different things. We both enjoyed our goodies we got. I didn't realize my strawberry rolled up ice cream came in a smaller size. This size was huge. I wasn't asked what size I wanted. I just assumed there was one size. The girl at the register didn't let me know or ask. Which I didn't appreciate because of course they would charge me for the larger one that's more expensive. I only realized it after I saw a couple customers got rolled up ice cream in a much smaller cup. When asked if this was the only size, the girl smiled and said no. I didn't know you wanted another size. That was also not on their menu board. Different prices for different sizes. Ugggggh. No wonder it was so expensive. Didn't appreciate that. Husband enjoyed his drink. No complaints there. They also had board games for you to sit and enjoy if you were enjoying your treats there. Cute spot. Pricey. I know better places where I can get confirmed prices and sizes, taste just as good and not as pricey. Sorry but we won't be coming here again.

I love boba and definitely had to swing by for a post lunch pick-me-up. This was my first time trying Ice Spot and I liked it. You order on the iPad and it's a super easy process. I got the black rose tea with brown sugar boba. The rose flavor was very powerful and floral, which I love. The boba was perfectly cooked, chewy, and had the perfect amount of syrupy sugar. I ordered normal sweetness, but next time I'll get low because "normal" was still really sweet. The wait was a little long, but they were fairly busy. The shop was really decorated and the staff were hard working. It's definitely a good place to stop!

This is the Strawberry Kisses with almond milk & cheese mousse (recommended) and normal sweetness, which turned out splendid. The drink had a nice sweetness & strawberry flavor to it combined with the rich & creaminess from the almond milk & cheese mousse. Would totally recommend this drink, and coming here again (it's my fourth time at this location).

I got the Sunday funday ice cream and it did not disappoint. The service was great! The girl up front was sweet and the girl who rolled my ice cream put work into it. It was my first time having rolled ice cream and it was delicious - nice portion size and satisfying.
