Pretty standard takeout Chinese food restaurant and my go to in the neighborhood. Just absolutely do not order Moo Shu. It's Terrible and the pancakes are terrible. If you're in the neighborhood China Star on Curry Ford has the best Moo Sho.

Dried out rice. I'm sure it's left over rice from two days old! Beef pieces are less than 3 ounces for a large. Chicken and shrimp fried rice less than 3 ounces! Stay away from local place. They don't use quality food and it's so sad that they serve American Chinese that has no flavor, no food consistency, and yet they tell their customers nobody complains about their food. When I called them, they told me they use jasmine rice from the company owner. They could not even tell me how many ounces of protein went into every dish they serve their customers in the Orlando area. Wake up Orlando you need to call your food inspector.

I've been on the hunt for good NY style chinese take out and I have to say, it's been quite the struggle here in Orlando. I was happy to stumble upon this place, it was local and close to my house. I ordered my go-to dish which is Chicken with Garlic Sauce (comes with veggies). I got the lunch special which came with Roast Pork Fried Rice and a Soda. I opted for white rice because I like to mix the white rice in the garlic sauce and I'm glad I did because it was really good and flavorful. I was going to save half for later but it was really good I ate it all! I also ordered a side of hot and sour soup but sadly it was meh. It was decent but it lacked flavor in my opinion. I have yet to find good hot and sour soup here so the search continues. I'm definitely going to go back to this spot to try some my other favorites.

Typical strip mall chinese food. Nothing to make you say wow. The one odd thing is that they don't use their AC. Everytime I've come its hot. I get its a mom and pop restaurant and every cent counts but not using any AC can't be good for the food that stays out for prep.

If you're looking for a classic Americanized Chinese take out, this is decent. Good portion size for the price. But I definitely think it caters more towards Americans vs Chinese people looking for an authentic Chinese place.

I've had Chinese food all over central Florida from Sanford to Saint Cloud and this is still the best Chinese restaurant.

Hop Bo is no more........ The restaurant is gone & some other type of business is already building walls etc inside that space. They offered good, basic Chinese food, along with friendly service. Perhaps food prices finally overwhelmed their small business, like it has done to so many other small businesses........ 5-STARS being given for all those good things combined.

9/28/23 - 8:00 PM: on our way to MCO for a flight across the country with a layover in RDU; I was concerned that by the time I got to Raleigh the food sources in the terminal may be closed. So, I took to Yelp to find a Chinese restaurant that was relatively close to the airport as my flight was approximately 2 1/2 hrs from the time mentioned above. The Yelp reviews for this establishment was mixed and there were a lot of complaints from customers. I decided to go anyway.I ordered chicken w/garlic sauce, chicken fried rice, orange chicken and house chow mein as I was ordering for me and my spouse. My order total was a little over $45.Well, sorry to say, EVERYTHING was horrible. There was no chicken in the chicken w/garlic sausage nor in the chicken fried rice. The orange chicken was tiny pieces of chicken rolled in a large amount of doe. No aromatic flavors of Chinese food whatsoever. We took 2 bits out of each dish and threw the rest in the garbage. One plus was the college age guy that took my order. He was very accommodating and provided a friendly customer service experience.
