Pros: Very prominent location in the East End Market. You walk in the front door and bam, it's basically right there up front. And it's very eye catching, too, with the meat case right there filled with fancy stuff, drawing you in, getting you ready to order some food. Service was great. We ordered with the guy, and the same guy searched far and wide until he found our table and hand delivered our food. Awesome!Food was delicious. You can tell that every component of the sandwich was made with quality. Great stuffing, great turkey, great cranberry sauce. Cons: No cons. Very excellent experience. Tips: The sandwich we ordered isn't there anymore, but I can go ahead and guess that anything you order from here is gonna be delicious.

Came by the East End Market one day with the goal of eating a little bit at a few different places. Well we chose Hinckley's as one of those place. We had never been, their menu looked amazing, and they had just fed Phil. Ambiance is a storefront, but there's a great little cooler up front with a glass window and lots of fancy meats inside. There's a drink cooler right next to that. And a friendly clerk right up front with a smile on his face ready to take your order. Service excellent. The sandwich didn't take long to make, and they bring it right to your table. They searched a while, but they found us. Really nice of them. As for the food, wow, just wow. It's not on the menu right this second, but we got a Thanksgiving leftovers sandwich with stuffing, thick turkey slices, and a cranberry sauce relish that was just a lovely sandwich. Stuffing is always good, the turkey wasn't dry, and the cranberry added a sweet tang that really brought me back to Thanksgiving dinner. Served with a brown gravy for dipping, a really nice little meal. Overall, this little storefront packed a lot of flavor into that sandwich. I'm dreadfully curious about the rest of their menu now. I applaud the simple menu, but done with probably high quality. I'll be back.

This sandwich shop located in the East End Shops in the Audubon area of Orlando offers freshly made unique sandwiches. They are one of several counter service restaurants located in a food hall. I ordered the Smoked Salmon Melt $18. A little pricey but delicious. I expected a sliced fillet salmon but it was like a flake smoked salmon. We ate at the outdoor patio at picnic tables.

Stop by to grab a sandwhich and decided on the French dip sandwhich, good portion that is shareable. I wasn't a fan of the dipping jus very salty, tasted like a heavy hand of salt was poured into the broth. I do see why it may have been salty since the roast beef was lacking flavor. Also wish the bread was more toasted. At $19, the sandwich felt overpriced.

We got 2 different sandwiches. One from the breakfast menu and one from the lunch. From the breakfast menu we got the Bourbon Bacon. I am not saying it is the best sandwich in the world, because I haven't had all of the breakfast sandwiches in the world, but it is the best one I have ever had. From the lunch menus we tried the chicken salad sandwich. It was fantastic. It is refreshing and delicious. We got some additional salad to go. The staff was super friendly and helpful. East End has nice outdoor seating.

Daughter and I stopped in on our way downtown so that she could get her favorite coffee blend at Lineage in East End Market. We decided lunch at EEM would also be a good idea, and, wow, was it! Looked at various vendors' food menus, which all looked good, but decided on sandwiches from Hinckley's. What a great idea. We not only love the atmosphere at EEM, but Hinkley's had a great looking choice of sandwiches. We both chose chicken salad sandwiches, which was a lemon infused chicken salad blend, on a tasty toasted bun. So fresh and delicious! I cannot wait to go back to not only try out the other great looking lunch sandwiches, but also the breakfast ones! Counter service was quick and easy, with the gentleman taking our order being very kind and patient with me running over to my daughter at the other vendor to get her order. (There was a line when I got over there, no line when I got back, and one started to form again as we picked up our food, yet service was pretty fast.) What a gem of a place!

A cute little kiosk located on the first floor of the East End Market. You order at the counter and wait around inside or outside at the many tables this market has, for your food and drinks. When I come, I usually just grab a couple beers from the fridge because everytime that I am here, there is always a handful of new beers that all seem amazing to try. The staff have given me their favorites and recommendations as well and more times then not, I have gone along and tried what they said and ended up loving the drinks. They support many local breweries here and while some of the beers are a little pricey, it's justified because it is a small shop as well as also supporting local businesses! They have a ton of different sandwiches and meats and cheese that you can order by weight, which is really cool and there have been things I have never seen before on their menu and behind their refrigerated deli selection.Super friendly staff and some good drinks and food as well as great prices will keep me coming back here everytime I make a stop at East end market to support local businesses! #41

We will be sad if this local gem closes when Matt opens his restaurant. Everything is outstanding. I would regularly order the duck ham, and have had a Cuban sandwich made from it. Outstanding! The duck pate is fantastic. Recently he has had smoked turkey legs which we used for red beans and rice. Love that they are fresh without nitrates. Will stick up on more so that we can use them for our New Year's Eve staples of collards and black eye peas. His hand pies are phenomenal. I was lucky to get a duck hand pie and it was huge and delicious!

You know that episode of "Friends" in which Ross goes berserk after someone eats his Thanksgiving leftovers sandwich? I like to imagine that the Hinckley's Thanksgiving Sandwich IS that sandwich. They brought it back this year, and it's just as amazing as I remembered. It's a big fat turkey sandwich on an onion kaiser roll with cranberry sauce, stuffing, & a side of gravy for dipping, or pouring. No judgment here. You may even have leftovers of your leftovers. ;)

Came to try the "famous" lemon chicken salad sandwich. Every one is so nice, and sweet. Ordered this whopping $18 sandwich, and it was ok. Lots of chicken for sure, good quality, fresh. Needed....i dont now, more flavor? A little salt. Definitely not worth $18. But decent sandwich
