Hibachi Express Clermont

Food was very good. I had the hibachi chicken meal with rice, noodles and veggies. The portion for me was quite enough to be able to enjoy 2 meals. It was ready in a timely manner after I placed my order.

This place is my favorite place to eat lunch in Clermont! Healthy, quick service, and affordable. There are many places to sit, although you order at the counter and get your own drink. Hibachi meal comes with a white sauce and a drink for 8.99. The vegetables are always fresh and cooked perfectly. I've tried their avocado sushi and their edamame and both are delicious. Do yourself a favor and check it out!

I love this place for pick up, I cant speak too much on the ambiance because we always take it home to eat. It's like the only hibachi place in Clermont, so this is sometimes our go-to when we are in the mood for Hibachi but want to order out. I usually get the shrimp and chicken, but I feel like the shrimp is often overcooked. So I might just stick to the chicken. They also have sushi, which we sometimes order and share a roll or 2. I'm not a big fan of their salad and ginger dressing but ut cones with the meal. Overall our service is good tho and we always pick up our food. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because of the overcooked shrimp.

We stopped by the Hibachi Express after it received great reviews from a friend. It's in the Publix plaza, near Chase, off of hwy 27. It's looks more so like a take-out only location; however, the inside provides the option to dine without it feeling too 'fast-food like.' They have lunch specials, ranging from $8-10. I ordered the hibachi chicken lunch special. They ask if you'd like many different, extra sauces; but, they fail to mention that you will be charged. The food was good. It tastes like any other hibachi restaurant or location. Nothing stood out; average meal, but the veggies were very fresh. I will attend this restaurant again and recommend to anyone. If you're looking for a quick, reasonable option, this is a good stop.

When you're craving hibachi, Hibachi Express is a fantastic and delicious option. The service is quick, and the food is consistently excellent! For lunch at just $8.99 per meal, you get a choice of meat--shrimp, steak, chicken, or scallops--served with rice and veggies. Highly recommend!

It's been a while since we visited this restaurant. You order at the counter and may dine in or take out. Everything is made fresh and served hot. The salad dressing is amazing. You can even purchase extra to take home. We bought the hibachi dinner and fried gyoza. The steak was cooked perfect! You need to try this place!

Mhmm! I would have never thought I would see myself coming here for lunch. I was craving a quick hibachi place and this was the one with the most reviews on Yelp. I placed a take-out order because I've read it does get busy around lunch time.I arrive and man, this place is packed! However, they know how to keep the line going and people are not waiting an excruciating amount of time for their order to be completed. I ordered the teriyaki steak hibachi that came with fried rice, steamed veggies and yum-yum sauce. The food was hot, delicious and the portions are massive for a lunch special! I was surprised how soft the steak was too. I spent $10 for the whole thing. Of course, I ate it all but a normal person would save half of it for dinner.They have seats all around the restaurant and it's pretty clean. I love how I could continuously get my own refills for drinks without having to keep going back to cashier. I recommend calling in your order ahead of time so you're not waiting as long. You just pay at the register and your food is ready to enjoy. Even though it was a take-out order, I still decided to eat inside.

Probably need to update the hours on this yelp listing; they are not correct. This place should also consider turning their "OPEN" signs off after they close instead of leaving them on 24 hours a day.

Food was okay wasn't thrilled with the taste of my food once I got it. I was a little confused by the menu because it's hibachi but they offer traditional Chinese food items as well. Pros-quick service , good price Cons -taste was bland , not traditional hibachi

The good: Serving size was more than adequate. Had the combo platter. Was not over sauced or salty. Flavor on everything was good. Salad dressing was good and salad was fresh. Side order of scallop were done to perfection. The not so good. Everything was overcooked especially the shrimp. It was like chewing rubber. We will try them again but will ask them not to over cook everything. Chicken, steak, shrimp and vegi were all way overcooked.
