Hi Tea in Winter Springs, FL launched the new Summer Pudding Bear bowls paired on top of a Milk Boba tea. Along with a bunch of other adorable bobas and desserts!

The place was very cute and well decorated. I've seen the ice bears online and was excited to try it. We ordered one boba, passionfruit lemon with crystal boba, and a brown sugar shaved ice. There was only one staff member working so the boba was made quickly, but the shaved ice took a little longer.We forgot to mention we wanted the boba half sweet, but we were pleasantly surprised at the sweetness level. The shaved ice was very cute, but it could've used a little something extra, like condensed milk on top. It was also not very sweet, but I really enjoyed the novelty of the bear sinking into the ice as you ate. The ice was hard so there was a lot of spoon jabbing to get it to scoop well. It was topped with boba and spherical scoops of herbal jelly.Overall, it was a good time and I would love to go back and try more!

This was my first time trying milk tea and it wasn't as good as I expected it to be. Maybe I didn't choose the best flavor for a first-timer. I got the ube cream milk tea, and while it looked beautiful with those purple swirls, it didn't really taste like anything. They have a very diverse menu with lots of customization options though, so I'd like to go back and try something different. The menu prices were standard, my drink cost what I would've paid at any other bubble tea shop. In my opinion, what makes this place stand out is their gorgeous decoration and relaxed ambiance. They have a decorative grass wall with an LED smiley face, as well as cute cactuses and pillows all scattered around the seating area. My favorite part is the wall with fun sticky notes from previous customers though. The service is also great. I was having a hard time choosing a drink so the girl at the counter patiently and happily helped me. I'd definitely go back, but try something different next time!

Went here on a more empty day and the inside is cute and neat which is perfect as a study spot! Who served my boba and bowl was kind and helped me with any questions on the bear pudding ice shaving bowl. The drink was sweet and delicious and the bowl was filling and refreshing.

Unfortunately it was one of those places that looked good on Instagram but didn't meet expectations. My friend and I ordered a variety of things: Ube Cream Milk Tea: popular item in reviews and on their menu so gave it a try. It tasted bland and not as creamy as I thought it would be. If you're looking for a heavy ube flavor this is not the drink. Chocolate Mousse Cake: the best out of the bunch. Tasted as expected for a chocolate mousseTaiyaki: was smaller than expected. Hardly had any filling compared to what we saw on Instagram. The cafe itself though is cute and clean. I like the way it was decorated -- makes a good study area. But besides that, nothing food wise was really memorable for me to return to.

At Hi Tea, I savored their Super Fruit Tea, expecting a 75% sweetness level but got around 25%. Despite this, the addition of basil seeds was a pleasant surprise, offering a delightful burst of texture and earthy undertones. The tea itself boasted refreshing fruit flavors with tropical notes, and the serene ambiance of Hi Tea enhanced the experience. With a tweak to sweetness levels, this beverage is a true sensation, offering a refreshing and textured delight to all who partake.

I love Hi Tea and come here often as it's close to my house. They have a variety of drinks, mostly fruit teas but also a good number of milk teas. I've gotten a variety of fruit teas and enjoyed all of them. The Mango Orange is very refreshing. The staff is always nice. I love coming here because the ambience is always calm and not loudly blasting music like other boba places. They do play music but at a nice volume so I love coming here to study. The tables are of a decent size but only the spot nearest the wall has an outlet. Both drinks are great and have the right level of sweetness in my opinion and they have great flavor profile too. Also the super fruit tea had a great balance of all the fruits I didn't feel that one fruit over powered the others. The boba however is a little chewier than I would like. I can't comment on the ambiance's of the store however because I ordered delivery. I do know that my drinks were made quickly and correctly so the service in my opinion was great.

This place is super cute. I love the ambience. The service is great. The food is delicious. The Boba tea is so good. Overall, I definitely recommend this spot. They have little games that you can play on the table.

If you love Boba tea this is a great place to go! When you walk in it feels like a cozy cafe where you can relax and enjoy drinking your boba tea. The service is quick and everyone is very friendly. I got the Ube cream milk tea and my husband got the Brown Sugar Milk, both were delicious! I highly recommend trying this place if your in the area.
