Hershey's Ice Cream

Every time we have family stay at Westgate we pop into the market for some snacks, grab ice cream here and head to the arcade afterwards. For inside a resort the ice cream is reasonably priced, they serve Starbucks beverages that are reasonably priced and small goodies and other beverages. The staff we've had were friendly and give the biggest scoops of ice cream! They offer indoor and outdoor seating, and have little photo ops at the front of the store!

Great product! Best chocolate ice cream out there. Rum ice cream also great! Grandsons favorite!

A little hidden gem at the Westgate resort. The Hershey's Ice Cream counter has great selection of flavors, toppings and cones. It's open early and late making it a nice option for those traveling. We got for single scoops for under $10!

It's hidden and a cute gem if you're looking for a different ice cream parlor that's different than the usual ones that are seeable from the 192 Highway. It's located in the Westgate Shoppes resort area, so you'll have to go through a guard gate. The place also is located with Drafts Sports Bar and Grill and there's a Starbucks right next to the ice cream place if you're looking for a coffee fix with the sweet treats.The strawberry cheesecake and the moose tracks flavors were the perfect fix for an afternoon snack. It was so flavorful, creamy, and most of all, yummy. My son got a strawberry smoothie and even my daughter tried taking it from him..lol. It's affordable too, which was nice since it's not cheap at most places in the Orlando area. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating for everyone and a game room to enjoy if you want to spend a few extra bucks ;)

To be honest we expected it to be pricey! One cup/cone is around $3 but it's actually huge! I struggled to finish my cup. So yummy but so much

We had the coffee one, the moose track, and the caramel cheesecake ice cream, they were all very good. Sweet, creamy, chunky, and flavorful. Not overwhelming at all. Definitely, good quality ice cream. The prices are decent and the servings are generous. I've had their soft serve too and it is very good. They also have smoothies and coffee. There's an arcade right next to it for the kids or even the adults. There's a nice seating area where you can enjoy your ice ceam and chat. The server could had been a lot more friendly. But overall, would recommended, especially if you're staying at the Westgate Resort.

I would give no stars. It was 8:58 website says open till 10.We were refused service as they said they closed at 9.Westgate employee was rude and not admitting he closed early.

We got three double cones and paid $5 per cone. The moose tracks and peanut butter were good, as was the cappuccino crunch. The butter pecan had a good flavor, but didn't have any nuts. The cookies and cream was good too. The workers were friendly and the prices were fair. They were doing renovations inside the building, which took a little away from the atmosphere.

First time ever being at this resort, we went to hershey's ice cream and they ran out of so many flavors the first night. Second night we came back they only have 3 flavors. first night most of my family got what they wanted, but was not 100% satisfied with it. If they want to have a business that is successful, they need to be prepared with their products.
