Came here with a group of friends, and I loved it! The food was great, and the drinks were even better. The food came out very fast and our waiter Kareem was excellent. My favorite part was definitely the cocktails! We did the family style meal and there was plenty of food, you get a nice variety of appetizers and everyone gets to pick their entree. They had a live DJ and the restaurant is very nicely set up. We recommend for a nice date night or group outing.

I am pretty sad because I really wanted to like this place a lot more than I did. I genuinely think they did a fantastic job with the decor and ambiance of the entire restaurant! But the staff was genuinely running around like chickens without their heads. At first, I thought it was due to the experience of the wait staff.... But after observing, I realized that the problem is most likely that the management hasn't provided the staff with the necessary tools to provide great service (i.e. the staff didn't have water pitchers to fill up our empty waters... we had to ask our waitress if she could fill up our water and she had to take our glasses back to the kitchen to fill it up because the restaurant was also out of clean cups on top of not having pitchers to pour water out on the floor). The staff was extremely nice and doing their best... but I genuinely do not think Helena Modern Riviera is providing them with everything they need to be efficient. The food was really delicious but also very pricey. I don't think the Golden Aligot Bites are worth the price point since they are essentially little potato balls... but you should try them once at least because they were yummy and have to do with the culture of this type of food. Lamb chops and escargot were mouth-wateringly delicious! Drinks were very picturesque and yummy! I love that they also have themed drinks depending on the holiday that's nearest. These also have a very high price point, but this is in Icon Park so we weren't caught off guard by the price of the drinks. What did catch us off guard though... my boyfriend's cab had a singular raspberry in it? Is that a normal thing to have in a glass of cab (not a sangria... it was most literally just a glass of Cabernet Sauvignon)? If so, i genuinely had no idea. I really think it may have accidentally ended up in there but it's ok since we don't have any allergies or anything like that. Overall, I'd probably come back for like a happy hour sitting at the bar and to take some cute pictures with their great decor. I am probably going to wait a few months before trying this place again for a nice, sit-down dinner though. Hopefully by then, the management can get the restaurant either more cups or some water pitchers for the wait staff to be able to refill waters

If you're looking for a brunch spot where you can contemplate life, age a few years, and possibly write a novel while waiting for your food--congrats, you've found it!Let's start with the service. Or rather, the lack of it. We waited a solid 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged our existence, and that was only after we got up and flagged someone down like we were hailing a cab in rush hour. Once we finally placed our order, we had another 40-minute wait--because, clearly, making an omelet and pouring juice requires the precision of a Michelin-starred chef.Speaking of juice, I hope you like yours with a hint of tap water, because that's exactly what we got. And when the food finally arrived? A disaster. My omelet, which was supposed to have cheese, came completely bare. When I asked for cheese, they just threw cold, shredded cheese on top and called it a day--because apparently, melting it was too much work. I sent it back, and when it returned, they had removed all the bread from my plate and just handed me an overcooked egg mess on a sad, empty plate.Oh, but it gets worse. The fruit? Rotten. The pancakes and waffles? So hard, I considered using them as coasters. If I wanted a workout, I'd go to the gym, not battle my breakfast with a fork and knife.Overall, this place is a brunch nightmare. If you enjoy disappointment, long wait times, and food that fights back, by all means, give it a try. Otherwise, save yourself the trouble and go literally anywhere else.

This place was amazing! The food portions were large and great quality in taste. Every thing we ordered tasted great and came out fast. The ambience was beautiful- tulum/bali vibes! Great brunch spot. If you get all you can drink mimosas- you don't have to wait for staff to bring refills - just go up to the champagne cart (next to the dj) and get your refill. You def can get your moneys worth! It was only $25 for the all you can drink which is pretty standard. Would recommend and will be back!

This place has gotten a ton of hype, and getting reservations has been tough, so I was looking forward to coming here. Unfortunately, it did not really live up to the hype.We went for brunch, as we are known to do. The ambiance is pretty cool, intimate space for sure. Bar area is quite nice, DJ there on a Saturday morning, and definitely doesn't feel like an IDrive touristy spot. Also, angel photo wall by the bathroom, which made me laugh, but I'm sure is IG worthy.Bottomless drinks were a little pricey, but you can walk up and get your own refills, which is always nice so you can set your pace and aren't waiting. Lots of juice flavors, and the upgraded option has Aperol Spritz as well, which is cool. Service was definitely on the slower side. Had to ask for water, and then had to ask for refills on water and soda whenever we could get our server. The tables were not all full, so it wasn't that they were busy, just not very on top of things. Admittedly, our group was in no particular rush to get through our experience, but when half the table is going up to get their own refills, the service should be a little quicker for those that aren't.The real bummer was the food. I had the shakshuka, which traditionally has the eggs poached in the sauce and over easy. The description on the menu even said poached eggs. When it arrived, there were two fried eggs just sitting on top of the dish. The poached eggs are the point of the dish, so it was a bummer. We also had the avocado toast. A crazy large piece of bread, but it was dry and flavorless. Scrambled eggs on top seemed to not have any seasoning at all.Lastly, we had the Cheverie Salad. This was the best thing we ate. It was all very fresh and flavorfully with a nice dressing that complimented the arugula and fruit excellently. Overall, not my favorite spot. It wasn't bad, by any means, but with as many other options as there are for brunch spots in Orlando, and even just on IDrive, I most likely won't be back.

I came here for a for a Galentine's brunch and it was a really cute Valentines pop-up. The decor was so pretty and they had lots of very pretty areas for photos. There were plenty of brunch options that were suitable for vegetarians, and I ordered the shasouka. It was a poached egg with tomato sauce a few other seasonings and two pieces of toasted crispy garlic bread. The service was pretty good even though it was very busy. I can't wait to go back and try their other menus.

I celebrated my birthday at Helena for brunch, and overall, it was a lovely experience! While making a reservation is encouraged, it's not required. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. They play music, but it's not too loud, creating a nice ambiance. My sister and I arrived early and only had to wait a few minutes before being seated. Our waitress was sweet and attentive, bringing us water as we looked over the menu and waited for the rest of our party to arrive.Once everyone was there, we ordered drinks. I got the Lemon Drop Martini, which was a fun and unique experience--I don't want to spoil it, but it's a must-try! For food, I ordered the bacon, egg, and cheese croissant, while my sister had the Bacon French Omelette. My friends ordered the smoked brisket and the steak and eggs platter. Unfortunately, the steak and eggs were a disappointment, as the steak wasn't cooked to the requested medium rare, even after two attempts. No replacement was offered, so my friend ended up just eating her eggs. One highlight was that our waitress brought me a birthday dessert with a candle, which was a sweet touch. However, if you're expecting the staff to sing happy birthday, it won't happen--my table ended up singing for me instead!Overall, I'd give the restaurant a 10/10 for its beautiful decor and ambiance, but the food was more of a 7/10. I plan to return to try their lunch or dinner menu next time!

Came here for their Valentine's Day pop up... I was a little disappointed. Although the food was very good and the drinks were good I was expecting more of a pop up than what was there. There was only decorations at the front of the entrance and there wasn't anything special about it to make it "Valentine's Day" themed. The restaurant itself is beautiful and played music, however I feel like the service shouldn't be better we had to chase down our waiter. Food came out quick and was good. I would love to eat the skirt steak again! Wish the portions were bigger.
