Guajillos Taqueria

A warm welcome and tasty tacos! What more can you ask for at this local taqueria! I enjoyed my shrimp tacos with the red & green sauces that I added. The Sauces were a bonus on the fresh, properly cooked shrimp. I would definitely order the dish again. Service was super fast. And the atmosphere is very, very casual. I was really surprised at the tasty ground beef taco that the hubs ordered. If you want some tasty grub quick, fast, and in a hurry, stop by.

We tried this Taqueria! A great place to meet and greet family and friends. The atmosphere is cozy with great outdoor seating. The food is authentic and full of Mexican flavors. The waitresses are welcoming and attentive service is fast friendly and great! Stop by and try the taquitoes!

Guajillos Taqueria popped up on my Yelp feed as a new place I should try, so I mentally bookmarked it (yes - I'm aware there's a "bookmark" feature, but I had forgotten to use it at the time) and my husband and I finally had the chance to check it out.Guajillos Taqueria is at the end of a strip of other businesses in DeLand, Florida. It's quaint with colorful walls and a choice of indoor (booths and tables) and outdoor (tables with umbrella coverage). You are welcomed to sit where you choose and the team is quick to welcome you with a smile and complimentary chips and salsa.My husband couldn't quite decide what to get, but he kept going back to the Molcajete as it intrigued him. He finally decided to get the Molcajete (which apparently is named for the container the dish is served in) and couldn't have been happier with his decision. Bite after bite, he would comment on how good each type of meat was and that it was neat to try cactus for three first time. I was less adventurous in my choice of entree - arroz con pollo (chicken and rice topped with cheese) - but it was just as good.We will definitely be back because my husband continues to talk about how good that Molcajete was!

Best fresh tasting Mexican food in Deland! Excellent service, reasonably price and clean establishment . We go there for birthdays , Mother's Day, Father's Day and Cinco de Mayo!

We have ate here twice once sit down inside and one take out. both times food and service have been absolutely amazing! We have had the Queso dip, molcajete, quesabirra tacos, steak torta, steak fajitas and the carnitas platter and everything is fresh and cooked perfectly!

FINALLY good food in north DeLand! Yum yum yum- just dropped in and got take out and was greeted so warmly and quickly. I got a few shrimp tacos and steak tacos as well as bean dip and horchata. Everything was so FRESH- this is by fast the best food I have had in this area. Can't wait to go back and try more food and drinks too. I saw sangria on the menu- and so many other seafood dishes as well so we will be back soon to eat in.

Outstanding authentic Mexican style street tacos with tender meat. Would definitely go back!

Great place for delicious street tacos! Crispy, warm chips served with a tasty salsa with just the right amount of kick. The tacos were flavorful and filled with tender meat. I can't speak to the rest of the menu but it was extensive. Yum!The restaurant was very clean and the employees super friendly.

We're from Ca. and pride ourselves on great Mexican food options however, this is hands down the most insanely delicious Mexican food we've ever eaten.I got the enchiladas rancheras with carnitas and the plate was huge, fresh and full of meat plus vegetables. So good!!!Go eat there now.It's very reasonably priced and the service was amazing.
