Exceptional Service and Delicious Breakfast at Grams KitchenI had the pleasure of dining at Grams Kitchen after a particularly stressful day, and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. Upon entering, I was warmly greeted by Josie, a waitress whose exceptional service truly made my visit memorable.Despite my uncertainty about whether they offered my favorite, a hot cup of coffee with French vanilla cream, Josie assured me they did. Her promptness in delivering it to my table was like music to my ears. I appreciated the moment she gave me to simply sip my coffee, gather my thoughts, and unwind from the day's stress. As I perused the menu, Josie provided attentive yet unobtrusive service, allowing me the time to make my selection. When I finally decided on breakfast, she efficiently took my order with a genuine smile. The breakfast itself was exactly what I needed - delicious and satisfying. The hash browns with cheese were perhaps a tad saltier than I prefer, leading me to leave most of them untouched. However, the overall quality of the meal left me feeling content and fulfilled.Josie's professionalism and dedication to ensuring my dining experience was enjoyable did not go unnoticed. Her attentive nature and friendly demeanor truly elevated my visit to Grams Kitchen. In conclusion, despite the minor hiccup with the hash browns, I am more than pleased with my experience at Grams Kitchen and will certainly be returning. From the warm atmosphere to the delicious food and impeccable service provided by Josie, it's evident that Grams Kitchen values its customers and strives to exceed their expectations. Highly recommended for anyone in need of a comforting meal and outstanding service.

This location of Gram's Kitchen is located in a stand alone structure in Orange City, Florida. This All-American diner-type restaurant has advertisements from numerous local businesses plastered all over the walls and table tops as it's main decor (I'm assuming said businesses pay a fee for them to have done so). Seating choices include booths and tables. We chose a booth but the hard wooden bench was super uncomfortable. Noise level is average with 1950's tunes playing in the background (which helped to mute the occasional curse words the wait staff were using as they crisscrossed to the different tables - I don't mind the profanity, but just a heads up in the event that you do or come with children). Our server was average but did apologize when I asked for a new glass of water due to the other one having an insect floating on top. Food was also average and was a little over priced. My husband ordered a BLT hoagie (it came without the onions he asked for) with a side of fries and I ordered a chef salad and one biscuit and gravy. The biscuit was huge but it tasted a little underdone and I couldn't finish it. We took a blueberry muffin "to go" and it was pretty average as well. As my husband said to me as we got in the car, "I think we don't need to come back."

Brought here by a friend brunch time on a Wednesday. Had no idea what to expect. There are tables and booths. Wanted the most comfortable for my ailing friend, they were kind enough to bring cushions for the otherwise hard wood booth. Menu has breakfast and lunch items. Nice variety. Friend had biscuits with sausage gravy and cheese grits. Huge portions! I opted for blackened fish (was probably tilapia) , mac and cheese and broccoli. Decent food, nothing exciting. Friend very much was happy with her breakfast items and took a bunch home.

Awesome place for breakfast. Lots of locals in the house. Our server was a one woman dynamo handling all the tables and doing a fantastic job. Our food was out fast and cooked to order. Prices seemed a bit high but we were happy across the board. Restaurant was very clean and well kept.

Let me say to bring your appetite! This is a lot of good down home cooking for cheap. My hubs and I both ordered omelets and they were huge! 3 extra large eggs are used in each omelet. The grits have the right consistency I always add more butter to mine. The hash browns were made perfectly, crisp but not burnt. Service was excellent as we noted when we walked in and were greeted by 5 different people and seated right away. This is a happening place for breakfast on a Saturday morning so it was noisy but not so much so you couldn't have a conversation. This place is also open for lunch and dinner and we would like to come back and try more from the menu. Definitely recommend.

Gram's has become our go-to spot for breakfast for quite a few reasons, not the least of which is the value. They do have some more expensive items on the menu, but for my wife and I we can have a full breakfast for less than $20, which is just unheard of post-pandemic. The whole restaurant is covered in ads, the walls, the menu, and even the table, which is a bit jarring, but not unusual for a place like this. I will say that the ads on the wall aren't just plastered posters thrown up willy-nilly. They all look hand painted by a single artist in a single style, which makes them feel more like decoration and less like intrusive ads - some of them are actually cool to look at. The place does get loud when it's busy. It's not a huge place and the tables get pretty close together, but it's usually not an issue having a conversation. When we were sat down at first we were say by the entrance and that was much worse. People coming in, going out and the orders being shouted in the kitchen made it less than pleasant, however after asking the staff had no issue moving us into the main dining room without a fuss and there was no issue there. The staff as a whole are all very friendly. It's clear they like their job and are just overall pleasant. Our waitress recognized us after a few months of us not coming in. If you're looking for that small town breakfast diner feel, good food, and not fancy breakfast place prices, you can't go wrong with Gram's Kitchen.

This is the go-to spot for breakfast in my house. We love the prices and the speedy service. Everyone is so friendly and welcomes you as soon as you walk in. The prices are great and the food is better. I typically get the corned beef hash while my husband prefers the Larry - one egg, one pancake, and two strips of bacon. You can tell that this place is built with some local care.

Gram's is an awesome breakfast spot but they do have food other than breakfast food. I may have to try their Reuben next visit. Their omelets are huge. I've only been twice so my next visit I'll try their lunch menu. Great service and great environment. My roommate is NOT a fan...hmm, taste in ALL things is subjective but I love Gram's & it's relatively close to home.

We're soooooo full LOL. Drove past a few times while running errands and the parking lot was always packed so hard to pull in.The sweet tea is perfectly sweetThe Gramps is 10oz of beef cooked the way you like it with an onion ring, sauteed onions, lettuce, tomato, onion and Swiss cheese. It's huge, it was cooked just the way it was ordered and my partner couldn't of been happier even though they couldn't finish the whole thing The Dianne is 2 eggs cooked to order, 2 of their EXTRA LARGE homemade biscuits (dear gawd they were big) and gravy and your choice of home fries, hash browns or grits and you can add meat if you'd like for a couple bucks more. I only got through the eggs, bacon and half the browns and biscuit/gravy. It was delicious though I did need to add more pepper to the gravy, but I like mine heavy pepper. Our waitress was fun and I made her laugh pretty good. When I saw the size of my partner's burger I accidentally let out I hope you're f-bomb hungry and both the waitress and my partner died laughing ... OopsIt was a great experience and we'll definitely return, just making sure to get smaller food. The price was DEFINITELY right for how much they give though.Thank you for a GREAT brunch

My sandwich nor the coffee was the problem, as we have eaten here several times, but it was upon finishing my food that I glanced over to my left (I was sitting near the window), to see a roach. Oh no! Of course upon paying, it was made known to the cashier. She in turn informed another who stated "Oh no". I believe this is my last visit. I'm not sure what might be floating around in the kitchen!
