Say hello to the newest addition to Orlando's ever-growing food truck scene. These guys made their debut last night at hunters creek food truck rally. I was really happy to see a new truck with unique menu items such as Fried rice balls (money balls) filled with egg and bacon! As soon as i saw that among other very promising items, i was sold. Though it was a very busy first night for them and it took a long time to get our food, i can say that it was worth waiting for. The Rice balls had great flavor all on its own, but, put some of that garlic cilantro sauce combined with their house made spicy sauce and it took the rice balls to a whole new level of yumminess! looking forward to get this again. We also ordered the "grand slam" this dish consisted of delicious boneless short ribs marinated in their bbq sauce, and OMG was it delicious! Amazing flavor, tender and Juicy. No wonder why the offer this same boneless short ribs by the pound! Those ribs could be addicting if fallen into the wrong taste buds, haha. Also with the dish came pork Lumpias but you have the choice to get them with turkey instead. All of it was laying on a bed of white rice, the dish it's of very generous size and if you're not a glutton like me you can probably share this dish for 2, everything was of great portion, the beef, the rice and the little lumpias. I hope they keep this up! The girl taking our order was very sweet and apologetic for the food taking a while to come out. I thought they handled they situation very well and made a nice gesture and walked around giving everyone free drinks, although i didn't mind the wait time i was glad to see they had good business practice. I hope people will understand how hard is to sell good food and won't hold this first night against them and give them a second chance, I'm certainly excited about this truck and I' m sure other foodies will be too. I can not wait to try more food of their menu. The Lava burger and Yellow Belly tacos are next on my radar :)

I was privileged to sample some of the amazing food from this trend setting food truck. EVERYTHING I sampled was multi-dimensional. Flavors that spiked interest with multiple senses. The food was a treat. As I started eating the spiked pork I found myself smiling inside at the depth of the sauce only to be sad it was gone and eatin! Nothing was thrown together everything was well thought out and complex. Nothing you would ever expect on 4 wheels! Hunt them down you won't be disappointed!
