Manager and workers were super nice to compensate us 2 drinks from a previous experience that was an honest mistake. We chose the oreo shake and the mango pomelo which were both super delicious. I'm a big mango pomelo fan and this drink hit the spot. The oreo shake was also very good and wasn't just a basic oreo shake. Inside is very pretty and comfy. The worker was so nice and she was very helpful and made the drinks so fast! We're very thankful for a second experience because the drinks are so good! Will come back again!

This place is so sweet and cute! A really broad menu and of course made just the way you like. The gal that made them was the daughter of the owners and she was bubbly and sweet to chat with. She knew her stuff and made the teas quickly and just as we ordered. My go to is a milk tea, half green half black tea base, milk alternative, 25% sweet and 25% ice. Oh add Boba if it doesn't come with it. Today was taro milk tea (purple) half black/half green with added boba. The taro was balanced and the sweetness (25%) was just right. I grabbed a Boba MT (standard) and Oreo MT as well. My friends first time having Boba and he went with the traditional Boba MT- he was surprised by the tapioca boba amount each time he took a sip, but was overall impressed with the flavor of the drink. The third was the Oreo MT and let me tell you how desserty that one is. It is like drinking milk and cookies blended. Lovely place, right around the corner- we will all be back.

I got the passion fruit tea with mango bursting pearls and it was really good! First time visiting this location. It's fairly new and so happy it's open. I can grab some boba before heading over to get my nails done. My drink was made quickly. The place was decorated cute while minimally. Quiet and calm.

Service was great and super fast! I ordered the pineapple lemon and added mango flavor it was absolutely delicious! The vibe was welcoming and clean. I love that they decorated for spooky season

Gotcha is my go-to spot for tea. Each visit, I try something new and today it was the passion fruit green tea with lychee jelly, which was delightful. My husband had the strawberry banana smoothie and loved it. The place is cute and charming, making every visit enjoyable and the service is always good.

So cute, delicious, and clean!I stopped by by while doing a quick Spirit Halloween run because I was craving boba. My craving was definitely satisfied. I just got the regular milk tea with boba since it's my go-to when trying a new boba place. It was really good and the tapioca had perfect consistency and flavor. They also have the viral bubble waffle, which I didn't get to try this time. I will be coming back to try a different drink and for that waffle!The lady working was very nice and made sure my drink was made to my liking. They make sure the sweetness and ice level is just right for you. She also told me they have only been open for 2 months now. Please go try it for yourself, you will not be disappointed!

Visited this cute boba shop right after brunch with my family! Tried their thai tea, and strawberry crema drinks. They were amazing and the cashier was very helpful in giving us recommendations and answering our questions! Will definitely be coming back whenever I'm in the area!!

A couple things I want to note: coming in, the place is clean, but feels so empty. No music, not much decor, feels a little uncomfortable. Second big note, the employee couldn't tell us if the drinks had dairy or not, and we are both dairy free. Not a big assortment of options, but what we got tasted good

The Beverages are delicious - employees are polite , friendly, accommodating and happy to explain the ingredients of your selected drinks . Not enough seating inside the day I visited - the ambiance is good . The place is clean . Be prepared to wait for your drink to be made . Plenty of parking though if you are walking keep to the hallways around the shopping area .
