Good Times Bar & Grill

I like that old time rock-n-roll.Fun night. Tasty food. Very good service. Happy crowd. Great music. Who knew this place was here? Sorta hidden with minimal signage in a strip bldg - but clearly the locals know - a big crowd in an almost full house, with everyone just rocking the night away. And Dave (Batman) the owner's birthday livened things up. But it was clear to us all the folks who frequent this place don't need an excuse to have a great time.Love The Alley. Love Post Time. But to us Good Times may be just that much better. Good stuff!

Excellent time at the Good Times Bar & Grill tonight. If you don't already know, this venue used to be Fredsters. We met up with a few friends to see Rockit Fly who always brings the party. I can't believe they finished their last set with SteelHeart I'll Never Let You Go; way to go Pedro! In between sets they had awesome DJ playing some great jams and house music; variety is a good thing.The new owner is doing a great job bringing in a mix of quality music and other entertainment. Looking forward to what they come up with next. We didn't order any food tonight because we had eaten before we arrived but one of my friends ordered a burger and he said it was great. Drinks cost a little more than some of our other local bars, yet still reasonable and their specialty drinks run anywhere from $9-$11.50, which is about the going rate.The bar staff were swamped tonight and the dance floor was packed. I love that they opened up the dance floor so more people can get closer to the stage. Also, management removed the lounge area by the main entrance to provide room for more high top tables. Great idea, this was wasted space when it was Fredsters now it is better utilized.I'm sure management already knows this but they definitely need more wait staff on Friday and Saturday nights. These wonderful ladies were run ragged. Regardless, the little staff that were there were amazing.All-n-all if you're looking for a fun night out full of dancing, singing, and good times with friends I highly recommend checking out Good Times Bar & Grill. It's a bit of a drive for us but we will keep coming as long as they keep booking great bands and entertainment, excellent job tonight, will definitely be back.

The performances from the local school of rocks groups was fantastic! It's such a blessing to have a place that supports this for our youth. The good time rolls were BOMB! Chicken tenders were also good. The Kickstart my heart drinks were tasty & the exact dose of alcohol/caffeine I needed for my evening. Last but certainly not least, Angelo did a great job making drinks with a friendly, fun demeanor behind the bar on a busy night!

Let me get right to the point, we hadn't been since ownership changed and while the previous owner had their own issues, it was heads above what it currently is. It's almost turned into a lower level biker bar.Drinks are no cheaper than they were before as promised, in fact they seem to be a bit higher. We ordered their fried mozzarella in addition to our Burger that was on daily special and chicken fingers and they were okay. It seems we paid a lot more now than we used to. Will we return? I don't think so. We left feeling very sad.

My friends invited me to the weekly Wednesday night dance lessons at Good Times Bar and Grill. The food and drinks were great, just like the name suggests. For $10, we learned ballroom dancing and had the chance to practice after the lesson. It was a fantastic way to unwind on a Wednesday evening.

Good place for live music, drinks , food, Good times, Must visit with friends for events, haven't been here for non events

Service was good and the atmosphere was laid back. Wednesday is trivia night and we had a blast. They have food you can order. We had the chicken ceaser wrap and the BBQ sandwich. Both were good, I expected bland bar food but was surprised they had great flavor. If you're in the area I say give them a try. We were pleasantly surprised!

Pros - Great live musicLarge dance floor Cons - Difficult to get a drinkFood order has been wrong on more than one occasion. They are apologetic & try to make it right. Could use more bar seating. Bar area does not seem to flow very well

I highly recommend this venue for ALL ages. The bands on the week-ends are Top Notch and no cover charge The fool is good and happy hour helps (not sure if it is available on the week-ends tho). Get a high top or sit at the bar, so you can see above the crowded dance floor. As seniors in our 70's, we really love it !

Great food! Everyone happy service good. The band that was there, Life on Mars was fantastic.
