Ambiance was inviting and comfortable. Contemporary pop music playing in bar / dining area was a plus. Meatball side as an appetizer was absolutely delicious. Our pizza was disappointing. We believe it was missed in the kitchen and then served in haste. Pizza was undercooked. Witnessed other tables who ordered pizza receive a pizza properly cooked. Wine was delicious. The service was pleasant. Might try here again as the other points were right on , but the pizza was the main disappointment.

I used to love this place, it's very sad how bad it went. Pizza is as hard as brink. Burnt to a crisp. As a worker I would not have wanted to bring food out to a table that looks that horrible. Very sad. My pizza was more crust than anything barely cheese. Didn't even touch the food, we all left.

Stopped in 7/21, with the wife's for a couple app's & drinks, sat at the bar, waited 10ish minutes until waitress said someone will b right with u. Gave it another 10 & left. Visited establishment many times, great food, slow service at times. Short handed?? Hope the next time is better....Atmosphere is def Italian based, very warm..

Purchased a pizza to go. When we started to eat, we discovered a cockroach on the pizza. Reported Giovannis to Health Department and to my disbelief next time I visited Giovannis I was barred by the general manager. Eat at your own risk.

I called to order delivery. lady on the phone told me they don't do delivery only through door dash. So I went and made a DoorDash profile just to realize giovannis isn't on DoorDash. When I called back the lady told me to order through giovannis website, I just spent 10 minutes creating a DoorDash profile for nothing. Waste of my time. Terrible customer service.

Giovanni's Pizza was seriously amazing. The second I walked in, that fresh, cheesy, straight-out-of-the-oven smell hit me, and I knew I was in the right place. The crust was the perfect mix of crispy and chewy, the sauce had just the right amount of tang, and they loaded it up with melty, gooey cheese. Every bite was so good. Plus, the people there were super friendly, and the whole place just had this warm, welcoming vibe. Honestly, I'm already planning my next trip back--I can't stop thinking about it!

I had high hopes for this newly opened restaurant, but unfortunately, it fell far below expectations. The first thing I noticed upon entering was the poor hygiene , two young girls at the take out counter playing with their hair and touching finished food without wearing latex gloves and when they had 1 glove on they touched their hair. As for the food, it was equally disappointing. My meal was poorly prepared and took a long time to be presented to me. The meal looked like it was thrown together and I had noticed that the cook had just thrown it into the carryout box. It's clear that the restaurant is cutting corners when it come to both cleanliness and food quality. I would not recommend dining here to anyone concerned about hygiene or a quality meal.
