I wish zero stars was an option. I really do. Placed my order 2 months in advance. It arrived fine but they shorted us 6 Red Bulls and a bag of chips. Also the bag of sliced apples they deliver was expired. I have called their "customer service 3 times and left messages. Now 3 days later I still have not heard a peep from them. Do you want to know what is insane, Those 6 rebuild and bag of chips cost me about $23.00!!!! That is insane! Can you imagine paying $23.00 for 6 Red Bulls and a bag of chips? That gives you a sense of how high priced they are. If you charge that insane of a mark up you should be able to get all the items delivered and if not you should be able to answer the phone or return a phone call in 3 days or less!My only assumption is they know they are dealing with tourist and therefore they don't care about reputation or repeat business. They must just be in it for all they can steam because that's what they have done to us.

Updating my review to say that the company finally refunded part of my order on my credit card; but only after they likely saw my reviews on social platforms as I was never directly contacted neither by phone or e-mail to inform me that they would provide a refund. I appreciate that they did the right thing, albeit three and a half months after the fact. The fact remains is that our vacation was directly impacted by not receiving what we had paid for and by not having the issue rectified while we were there.

Used for the first time when staying on property and will NEVER use them again. We were missing 2 items and I called right away and left a message. No response. Called about 4 more times over the last 2 weeks and emailed twice. No response and no credit to my credit card. Beware of the horrible customer service.

Ordered groceries through Garden Grocer for a stay at Disney's Fort Wilderness cabins. Hard to judge value here, as the convenience of having groceries delivered in advance is pretty good, so I'm unsurprised if the groceries weren't cheap. I will say this. We had two cabins - one ordered through GG, no problem (though GG had to deliver three days in advance of our arrival, because they're busy??) The other cabin ordered from Amazon Fresh.SWEET BABY BACKFLIPPING JESUS NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER GROCERIES FROM AMAZON FRESH.Train wreck. Like, as if every train ever built in history were dropped and collided from space, that level of train wreck.Only by the grace of the Disney people was I prevented from going critical and leaving a smoking crater in the middle of Fort Wilderness, my incredulous rage and apoplectic disappointment was near-nuclear.Seriously though, the Disney cast members, they rock amirite

I have loved this service in the past, however on July 5th, 2019 my opinion changed.Our order was suppose to arrive between 4 and 9pm. At 10pm it still hadn't arrived. I emailed the company to find out where it was and was told "Your order will be delivered tonight. It was delayed due to Vendor issues in some of the products not being delivered in time when your order was to go out." Which would have been a great thing to send me prior to me having to contact them.At our resort there were 4 people looking for their items. All of us were getting different reasons for the delay.The customer service was horrible. I got no response back on my vacation to my emails, asking for my gratuity to be returned.Today July 17th, I called them, now that I am back home. They finally agreed to return my gratuity, but were very curt with me. They would not let me speak to a supervisor. I was not impressed with the customer service at all. I felt like I was a number they did not need.I will not be using them again and I will not reccommend them again.

Thought we'd order some groceries while staying for WDW so we could eat breakfast in our room and have snacks . We ordered two days ahead and had delivery planned for our first day out . When we came back and were notified our delivery was here . Well everything but my perishables . So now we have cereal without milk , bagels without cream cheese and nothing for sandwiches . You would think for as much as they charge they would make sure your order is right . They did call after to make it right . They said our order would be on the next available delivery . So I do appreciate them calling and apologizing for the inconvenience.

Very disappointed with Garden Grocer. We have used them often in the past and were very satisfied but our my last experience was unforgiving. On October 20, 2023 my wife was diagnosed with a detached retina and her retinologist scheduled an immediate surgery the next day. We were scheduled to fly to Disney World the next day. I needed to cancel all our arrangements including Disney World, United Airlines, Mears Connect and Garden Grocer. All were very sympathetic. Garden Grocer sent me an email stating that they would be issuing me a refund In a few days. It is now January 3, 2024 and I have received no refund. I sent several emails asking the status of the refund, but the only answer I get are Crickets. It looks like they will not be keeping to their word and provide a refund due to an unplanned emergency situation. If I do eventually receive a refund I will add to this review but I Don't feel confident it will happen.Extremely Disappointed Customer.Dave G.

We placed an order for our October Disney World trip. They said it would be delivered between 12pm - 4pm.I received a phone call from them at 9pm on the day they were supposed to deliver our order, telling me they were busy and running late.At 10pm, after having been up since 3am on our travel day, I went on social media and sent them a message, asking how to cancel my order, as we were unwilling to stay up all night waiting on them. I had tried to call, but there was no answer by a human.I didn't receive any message back (which I didn't expect to at that time of night).The next morning I went to baggage services at our hotel to see if it had been delivered. It had not.I messaged them again, asking what was going on. Later, I received a response telling me they had canceled my order.This put us in a big bind, as we were counting on having food and beverages available to us during our stay. We had to pay the higher prices for food (we had no car) by purchasing from the hotel store.Absolutely terrible service.; We will not be using them again.
