This place is extremely affordable for how fresh and delicious the sushi is. We had three rolls that were to die for! In the pictures, it does look like the roll has a lot of toppings, but they literally load them up with so much fish and all the good good :) my favorite thing that we ate was called the Tower. It is a little stack of raw fish, guac, rice, and white sauce. Our waitress was super nice and gave us details on any of the food items we asked about. The restaurant is a little warm inside, but the booths are adorable! I only snapped a picture of one booth but they are all different!The menu prices online are accurate :) enjoy!

I have visited in Fuji the past and loved it, but this time missed the mark for me. Visited for lunch and there was a strange, unpleasant odor throughout the restaurant. Service was fast, friendly and attentive, but I was not impressed with the flavor or freshness of my sushi lunch combo. I hope this was a one off and plan to give it another shot sometime soon. Been a minute since coming in. Heard they are closing the Lee Road location and opening in Altamonte so of course had to make it in prior to their closing WP. The sushi is outstanding. It's old school and not covered in a ton of sauce and crispy bits. I like to actually taste the sushi. Our server was great. Food came out quick even for a Friday night. I think the decor is the original and could use an update so I look forward to checking out their new location. Hope they keep the private booths. In a way those booths make you feel like you're in your own private dining area if that makes sense. Fuji always does sushi the way it should be

This is one of my favorite sushi places in Winter Park! You would never guess how phenomenal this place is when you drive by but this is a true hidden gem! The inside is casual with booths and tables to sit at. Service here is always wonderful - even when they are busy. Everything here is delicious and prepared so well. The Lake Mary roll is one of my favs!

Fuji sushi became a quick favorite for us after just one visit. The rolls are delicious and great portions!My favorite is SP and 2013, my husband has tried many different ones.The service is fantastic! We are always greeted warmly (and remembered!)and service has always been quick. Very helpful with recommendations.Our favorite booth is the first one just inside the door. A cozy little nook to enjoy some wonderful sushi. Stop by!
