Fuji express

Fuji Express is a good option for anyone who is looking for a quick bite. The sushi is always fresh and their bento boxes are a great deal. My favorite roll is the sweet potato roll which is tempura sweet potato wrapped in seaweed and rice. The teriyaki bento boxes are a little light on the sauce, but come with rice, a California roll, pot stickers and vegetables. The restaurant itself is clean and the service is always fast and friendly. Fuji Express is a good choice for anyone who is craving sushi, but who may have a tight budget.

Friends had recommended dining here and it was good! The price seemed fair for the portions and the hibachi tasted really good! The whole staff was really nice, quick and attentive, even though we were there an hour before closing. Haven't tried their sushi but what I had I was very pleased.

Fuji is one of Deland's best kept secrets. My boyfriend and his friends have been visiting Fuji for take out for the last 7 years. I finally got to see what the hype was about. I was not disappointed. As you can see, the hibachi was plentiful and the sushi was fresh. Best of all, the prices cannot be beat for such quality. Fuji rocks!

The sushi was so good! This place is a hidden gem! Best for takeout rather than dining in, since they only have a couple tables. They do have a sushi bar to sit at, though. Very casual atmosphere, literally nothing pretentious. We will definitely go back for takeout!

Best quick inexpensive cheap in town! My go to is the Fuji sushi and crunchy roll. Amazing! My daughter gets the rice and chicken habachi so yummy.

I used like this restaurant before,but no any more. It's so disappointing to receive dry and burn steak hibachi today. It happened some for last week, and I just want to give other try today. So disappointed.

So quick and so good! Pretty legit sushi place and I am very particular about my sushi! It's clean and great sushi!

Very fast service. You have to order at the front instead of having a waiter come to you which is fine. I ordered an appetizer and maybe 5 min. After the main meal came. As far as drinks go there are only the fountain drinks, I would have liked some sake or even some tea but this detail did not ruin my experience. Food was delicious and so artistic the way their dishes are set up. Definitely coming back to try more sushi and their hibachi. Did I mention they have bento boxes too?

Very happy I gave this place a chance. Food was delicious and service was great. Although it's more of a take out place than a sit down place, just FYI.

Quick and Tasty! I love the Tofu Bento Box! Quality is always consistent and good. I would recommend.
