I had just finished dining with a group and my table mates decided we wanted ice cream. Unfortunately all the locations for a cool treat were on I-Drive. Friendly's seemed to be the easiest place to park.We headed over to this location and we were quickly seated. The desserts are on a separate menu located on each table.The servers were attentive and personable which was really helpful when we ordered.Still kind of full from dinner I ordered a small strawberry sundae, hold the whip cream and extra cherries. Wow! This was a tasty dessert and I wish I could have finished this treat. I will be back because the desserts are generous and the prices are low compared to the quality and quantity.

I get nostalgia coming in here, as this place is big up on the north east! The ice cream, of course was to die for. The mac & cheese was also very impressive! Very creamy the fresh croutons perfect finish! They had a tough reasonably priced deals, as. Wait was a little long, but staff were kind.

I always loved going to Friendly's growing up. Dining at Friendly's was a special treat that only happened a few times a year. When I was lucky enough to go, I always ordered the Cone Head Sundae. It's been a long time since I've been to a Friendly's, so Nancy and I decided to stop in to this location while out on the town in Orlando. We just came for dessert tonight. I ordered the Cone Head Sundae ($4.99), and Nancy went with the Monster Mash Sundae ($4.99). Overall, we were happy with our Sundae's; however, Nancy's Monster Mash did not match the one depicted in the in the menu photo; regardless, it was still tasty. I agree with some of the other reviewers that this location is not the cleanest. Upon entering, there is a slight "old" smell prevalent, most likely from the carpet. Although our table was clean the floor did have remanence of previous diners. The windows need a good wipe down and the bathrooms are due for a remodel. Alternatively; our server, Jason was friendly and did a great job. All-in-all, if you're on I-drive, looking for a place to get out of the heat, and want some delicious ice cream, then Friendly's might just be the place for you.

We came here on a Saturday evening September 2023 to get some ice cream.We got the kids cup which is plenty for me. $4.99 each.The ice cream was okay not the best but passable. I ordered the cute little monster and they put his ears on wrong. . But I ate him anyway. Scott got the cone head clown.. cute as a button. At first glance the place looks vibrant and cute and clean. Then you start to see some dirt on the floor. Bathroom a bit of a mess. But the photos on the wall are pretty cool. Our server was a young boy and he was super nice. I would come here again. Open daily 11 am to 10 pm

The best way to describe this place is that it's a charming dive with a side of "what did I just step into?" The food is decent, but the restaurant itself looks like it's been on the wrong end of a bar fight with Father Time. The bathroom? Let's just say it looked like someone mistook the wall for the toilet and decided, "Meh, close enough," and then the cleaning crew went on strike for a few weeks.The ceiling is so grimy that even my 6-year-old asked if we were dining in an abandoned coal mine.On the bright side, the ice cream was pretty good, and the food was passable. If I hadn't been with a group, I would've moonwalked right out of there. I imagine their business model is based on the "misery loves company" principle--once you're in, you're too embarrassed to leave.

How can you go wrong with Friendly's the old fashioned ice cream parlor of my youth? We walked inside this location & beside the long line on a Sat. night at 9 pm the place looked a little dingy. So, we decided to order at the window outside instead of sitting down. We were a party of 4. One member had the traditional Friendly's Fribble. A chocolate milk shake served traditionally with whipped cream & and cherry. Our member opted to skip the whipped cream. He said it was as good as he remembered but missed those plastic glasses they used to come in. The other 3 in our party chose traditional sugar cones with coffee, butter pecan and strawberry ice cream. We all enjoyed it. It's located just down the street from the Icon park.

This is the best service we have received while visiting Florida. Nathalie was our waitress and she was amazing! Always timely in checking on us and had she had a great, friendly attitude.Food was good, too. We all ordered burgers and they were exactly what we thought they would be. Good, juicy all American burgers. We saved room for the ice cream. Sorry, no pictures of that. It looked so good we just ate the ice cream right away!
