Address took me to the Blunt Bodega ... no fruit shop. Based on other reviews their customer service is not great, but I cannot confirm -- I can confirm their store wasn't at the address provided.

THIS IS A SCAM! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE! It's been 24 days since I ordered a variety box. I was corresponding with the team on Instagram and was told my delivery would be shipped out within a couple days. After that they went on vacation and apologized and said I'd be receiving my box shortly. Week 3 goes by and I get another apology. They said they'd make it an extra special box because they messed up. They promised I would be receiving a shipping confirmation for weeks and have not received it. They were fairly responsive at first and now are ghosting me. I was so excited about ordering exotic fruits from them, I've been following them for a couple years. I'm so tired of their excuses and just hoping my bank will be able to fight this. So disheartening to finally realize they're running a SCAM. I should have done more research before ordering- I'm seeing other people online mention similar situations

Stay Away from this company. All the reviews listed here are accurate. Same experience. Placed an order on 10/3/24 and I still haven't received. No one is answering my emails either. Extremely dishonest!

I had the same experience as Renee T. I made an order in January 2024 for about $100 worth of Monstera Deliciouso. We went back and forth through email for months and they emailed me promises that the fruit was not yet ripe and that they would send it as soon as it was ready. I missed, by a few days, the ability to challenge the charge with my credit card company and so Freedom Fruit basically got away with stealing $100 from me. Unless they end up actually keeping their promise and completing the order (6 months later). I'm not holding my breath. I just want to prevent anyone else out there from being taken by this very shady business.

Made an order in April. Never received. Customer service has only replied twice claiming they will send that week. Never sent. Scam!
