Foxtail Coffee - University Blvd

I've been a foxtail fangirl since day 1. I love this university location. While it can get busy, there's usually seating to be found. If not, the drive thru is a great option! The workers are friendly and willing to recommend new drinks. I adore the fall line up and can't wait to visit again!

The name Foxtail reminds me of the place that builds iPhones. It's a coffee shop and the people are friendly. The Coffee is just OK. I have yet to try something that is unique or mind-blowing. They're smaller cups too than what I'm used to as well. I find myself passing on this and just getting something I know is good at other places.

A little update from the previous mention of the drive thru charging unauthorized tips. I reached out to their customer service and they resolved the issue within 24 hours. I really love supporting this coffee shop, as there are multiple locations around Orlando. Just hope that this location in particular can hire more trustworthy staff. The coffee has been better with this new year taking place.

This Foxtail Coffee is right by UCF, which makes its cozy atmosphere the perfect place to unwind or get some studying done. Their seasonal flavors are always a treat--right now, the fall lattes are incredible. I got their apple butter chai and it was amazing! Great coffee, great vibe, and great service--highly recommend stopping by Foxtail if you're in the area!

Ellie at the Foxtail on University made my day! She was immensely kind, personable, professional, and helpful! After telling her I had had a long day, she not only gave fun and helpful suggestions on my order but treated me to my beverage! She is an incredible asset to this location and I hope they value her well! My drink was also delicious! I ordered an iced matcha latte with lavender bitters and Ellie added some vanilla as well to make it even more special. It was so good and the perfect pick-me-up! She even tested it herself in a small cup to make sure that the flavors were all going to pair well together. The atmosphere is great as well! Previously, this location was a frigid tundra which made it difficult to sit, relax, and enjoy but I was pleasantly surprised that was not the case today. The temperature was comfortable. The leather seats were slightly too deeply set to chat with someone but I'm sure they are great for reading in. I did visit while UCF was out of session which may have contributed to the availability of tables. The playlist was great and the environment had a noise balance that allowed some to focus on work and some to chat amongst friends. This location seems to have improved greatly and I'm happy for them!

Delicious espresso. Delicious hot cocoa. Easy to order and pick up. Need this in East Tampa, please and thank you!

Passed this in our travels and I decided to try out, seeking a good cup of coffee. It was not busy when we arrived , it's got a cozy relaxed atmosphere . I ordered a cup of hot coffee with the half and half on the side . We also ordered a hot chocolate and two blueberry muffins. We had thought of a toasted bagel but sadly they do not have butter , only cream cheese. We chose our seats and waited for breakfast. It was called out in short order. They do have a "bar" area for putting in your sweetener, but no ability to put in your own creamer. The muffin was delicious, plenty of blueberries and not sweet. The cocoa was drinkable, not hot . Only disappointment about the coffee was that it was not as hot as I like. But had great flavor. We received our beverages in mugs since we dined in. A great find for coffee.

Great coffee, beautiful decor and a lot of space to do some work here (school work, actual work or just to come hang out while you're using your laptop, iPad whatever you use to do work)....but couple complains! We went here for the first time and ordered the cafe con leche, it was very delicious and we had never stopped by here we have always gone across the street to Starbucks and I kept seeing this place and told my husband I wanted to try it! First and foremost the first time we went it was a great experience except everyone seems to not want to work here no professionalism or manners a plain old hi how can I help you.....we didn't wait long for the cafe con leche which like I said first one was delicious. We went a second time and I don't know but the girl who took our order seem bored that she was there again.....no manners...the cafe con leche was terrible didn't taste the same as the first time. We were going on a trip that day and decided to grab this before hitting the road as the coffee was great the first time and the sandwich we had the ham and Swiss baguette I think it was.....Now it gets better... we came here last week on Sunday just to grab the sandwich and my husband is like you know what let's grab the coffee just one see if it's good this time and I don't remember the name of the person who took care of us but he placed our order we waited for about 10/15 mins longest we ever waited and two people before and one after us received their order. We just looked at each other and we're like ok what's going on go back up to the front and ask for a refund because at this point I didn't even want the coffee we were being stared at like if we were aliens and then the guy who took our order had the nerve to say he misplaced our receipt yeah ok sure! Wondering if it was because we Hispanic. Either way we won't be coming back.

let me tell you I come here almost every day. It's an issue everyone working there is super nice and I am always satisfied. Please try my coffee order or just get a Matcha because they're delicious if you haven't been here what are you doing?

Excellent food and coffee!! Service was good for a coffee drive thru. The ambiance inside is very cute and well decorated for the holidays!
