Going to check this place out I always drive by and I never stop... Today is the day to try something new. I got 3 items.It was Good... But... Not a fan of the baked chicken empanada. I like my empanada out of the deep fryer with all that flavorful goodness.I really enjoyed this Panoleta Guava & Cheese. It was like a XL Guava & CheesePastries. The coffee was good .Clean bathrooms

We are from 1+ hours away. My coffee and my wife's tea were both very good. 4The pastry was good. 3The service was fine. 2.3-3The floor and overall cleanliness left a lot to be desired. 1-5-2I would go again but I now know what I am getting into.

The staff is really nice and always a lot of fresh baked goods , we love the pando bono and empanadas. We just been more disappointed they don't give their sauces for free any more and before it was 1 sauce for 1 empanadas and now 2 empanadas for 1 sauce. It sucks because each location has their own rules and they don't honor anything from other stores.

I have been at this establishment before. The staff is not very welcoming, every time I go there theres must be at least 6 people behind the counter they all look at you like (thinking Uhhgg theres a costumer ..) I have reviewed the area blanca with cheese it sounds good but avoid it unless you was your jaw hurting from chewing so hard on an item that's should be soft and cheese. I've had the empanadas with chikeck and beef and they are alright. My boyfriend and best friend that are not hispanic insist to come here but I feel that they are getting the wrong idea of Venezuelan/Colombian food that we eat. The items are overprice for no reason this place does not get busy at all.

I have been here about 3 times and I can definitely say that each time had been better than the last. The service is always friendly, the coffee is good and the pastries are the best! The only thing I can say is that the boba isn't good and the ice coffee is ehhh. The ambience is average lol it's a normal coffee shop

Nice addition to the loop west shopping plaza. Fortuna is located near the end next door to tj maxx. Great place to grab coffee, snack or a dessert when you're shopping. I was surprised to not see a line out the door as this place is usually booming with customers at all times. My favorites are the pandebonos, baked spinach and cheese empanadas, chicken empanadas -fried (hot sauce is a must), the corn cakes and the tres leches. Their desserts are so pretty and delicious. Take one to a gathering- your people would love you forever. Fresh squeezed oj and the cafe con leche are legit, too! Casual atmosphere and seating available.

This was the second location I have been to and the food was excellent. I just stopped in for a snack and was not disappointed. There were a couple people in line when I got there but service was quick. I got what I wanted after a quick look through the cases. A pleasant atmosphere and a much busier location than the other one. This one was also larger with a good amount of seating. I don't get to stop often and have to watch my sugar intake but they are worth the trip.

This location is much bigger than the location on John Young Parkway. It also has plenty of indoor seating in a nice airy corner location. They are open daily from 8 am - 8 pm.The staff was courteous. Although, I wish I spoke Spanish though as most are Spanish speaking only which makes it difficult to communicate and ask questions. There are no prices on the individual items which is frustrating. It would be nice to see labels in the display case with what the item is and the price. The food is amazing. I love the Colombian empanadas. My favorite are the beef ones. They are perfectly crispy on the outside with a delicious filling on the inside... meat mixed with a little potato. The sweet arepa with cheese is so delicious with the sweet and savory flavors. Unfortunately, the cheese they put on top was not melted. Apparently, I need to request that on my own? Also, they didn't automatically offer the (aji) sauce for the empanadas for an extra flavor explosion with a little kick, so make sure you ask for it. Can't wait to stop back in again next time I'm in the area to enjoy more deliciousness.

The customer service is rude! Not welcoming at all.Food is not good either ,the sandwich I had tasted like it had bad cheese. Waste of money.The cakes are very disappointing, dry and the frosting just seems cheap.I also had the pasty those are better , but still I feel that it's over priced.

Stopped by here before our flight back to California and was blown away. We wanted to just check it out and we ended up ordering about half of the savory items to take with us on our flight. We ended up eating most of that and went back to order some more for takeaway. Open a location in Sacramento! Thanks for having us - great service and amazing food.
