Ford's Garage

We stopped in for lunch today at the Ford Garage while shopping. We love Ford's Garage! Everything we've ordered at Ford's Garage has not disappointed (other than their milkshake size vs cost). Today I got the Estate Burger which was made with Smoked Gouda Cheese, Sweet Red Onion Marmalade, Arugula, Tomato, Crispy Onion Straws, and White Truffle Bacon Aioli on a Brioche Bun. Wow this is an awesome burger! Great flavor! Definitely recommend Ford's Garage and the Estate Burger! Love how they decorate the restaurant with Ford memorabilia items. Also our waitress (Precious) was great!

Solid restaurant. Menu is based on burgers, sandwiches, and a few other items. I had the Fish and Chips - I subbed tots. It was HUGE!! The tots were on point, but the fish was a little greasy and slightly soggy - maybe the oil wasn't hot enough?? Team service concept. Service was good. BUT automatic 20% gratuity added to check. Beware.

So our greeting at the hostess station was to inform us there is 20% Team Service Fee AT THIS LOCATION because they take a team approach to service. This is not to be confused with the normal expected tip. Stupid, but we were starving so said ok. Well, the team only cooked one of our ordered medium burgers to medium. The other had no pink at all. The team also brought sweet tea instead of unsweetened tea. While the burgers tasted good, they were no where near $60 good. One normal size burger, one 1/3 pound burger, 2 orders onion rings, 1 Heineken Zero and a unsweetened tea, with the mandatory additional 20% was $60. One and done at this location.

First vist here, and definitely not my last. That was very enjoyable, and memorable for ALL the right reasons. Gladys was my server at the bar (accompanied by Rob) and her recommendations were perfection.The pulled pork sandwich is very tasty, albeit very messy. Loved every bite. Bar seating includes a frozen strip to keep your beverage chilled. The bar is also very well stocked with numerous brands. I felt valued and welcome on this 'introduction visit'. Thanks!!!

Finally found a great spot to eat some fresh quality food with fantastic service! Host was friendly and our server was a delight! This place has the coolest classic cars right outside the restaurant and one right above the bar! And the bathroom is the coolest I have ever seen, you seriously have to take a look now for the food! We had a variety of plates from tri tip to berries and Gorgonzola shrimp salad with strawberry vinaigrette, kids burger, bbq brisket burger and a pasta chicken dish that was delicious! You seriously won't regret going here, prices are reasonable and a great portion that will leave you full. If you get a chance and are shopping near the mall, definitely head on over even if it's for some appetizers. Thanks "Jim" for serving us last night, you made it a pleasant experience!

We had lunch here today, it was fantastic. Our server Emma was very friendly and professional, the idea of a service support team is ingenious and asking for twenty percent up front is well done. Highly recommend giving them a try.

1st time @ Ford's not a big fan of big wings but there's was excellent. My friends dishes were mouth watering just watching them eat. I am a fisherman so win I say the fish was on the money....need I say more. The service exceptional bcuz of the team effort. Definitely going 2 visit again b4 I return 2 Philadelphia.
